You and Matt had an unbreakable bond. Almost like two peas in a pod.

You two just matched together perfectly that it was so iconic. The team would describe you guys as the idol couple, even if it grosses them out most of the time.

Pidge was always telling you to marry her brother since you guys are inseparable.

That was until today arrived.

Let's just say it's one of those rare moments where thee Matt Holt finds himself yelling at his partner, but it's also another rare moment when he realizes that he fucked up big time.

Which leads to now. You've haven't uttered a single damn word to the boy after the fight.

Matt's anxiety ran up the walls every day. He surely believed you weren't the type to do such a drastic thing since he was impossible to ignore when it came to you.

Sadly, you were a pro. So now it's been at least, a couple of days since you have been giving him the cold shoulder.

Matt followed you around like a helpless puppy, begging you to forgive him but you wouldn't budge. It was almost as he was nonexistent.

He complained to his sister everyday and tried asking her to talk to you, but knowing Pidge, she just waved it off and told him it was none of her concern.

What a sister.

Days began to past, with the same silence Matt was receiving from you. He watched you laugh along with the other teammates and have a great time while he was being shoved in the corner and stepped on.

They were getting countless attention from you and Matt was feeling a tad bit jealous. He could feel himself losing his mind. At this point his inner conscious was telling him to give it up, but he loves you too much that he just can't.

The team noticed how his preppy appearance was changing quickly. He wasn't as outgoing and the dark circles began to show under his eyes from the stress and lack of sleep.

This worried them, especially Pidge who hated seeing her brother in this state. That is when Shiro decided to help and put a stop to this nonsense.

He told Matt that he hadto make things up with you by tonight. Waiting too long would only make things worst and damage the bond you guys have.

Shiro knew you were in the library reading, so he shooed Matt there and left to go on a mission with Hunk.

You were currently sitting in a comfy chair and reading a book in the castle's library, since it's your day to relax and take a breather.

You would've been enjoying this peace a little more if you weren't welcomed with an unpleasant, radiating presence coming from the seat across of you.

Matt, on the other hand, was biting and nibbling his thumb nervously as he sat across from you. He studied how your eyes scanned the pages of the book.

He couldn't find any way to approach you, or use the right words. There were so many ways to apologize to you but, now it became one of the hardest tasks he's ever faced.

"Babe, could you please talk to me?" Matt pleaded softly, as he tried catching your gaze. He knew you couldn't resist his eyes and you melt when you see them. But, to his disappointment, the boy just watched you turn a page from your book and not daring to spare him a single glance. This surely damaged his ego.

He let out an loud exasperated sigh as his head fall into his hands. Matt rubbed his face in circular motions, trying to release the frustration you were giving him.
