Wax

I'll gladly tear away any doubt in your mind

If only to be blamed later for your failure

I'll bite into that wax fruit again and again

Although the taste is plain and bitter

And if you feel like crying, just take it out on me

I don't deserve the things that I have earned

If anyone hurts you, you should blame them forever

Because they don't understand the agony of being alive

The feeling of watching everything you love

Be destroyed helplessly before your eyes

Drifting, but you can't seem to reach it anymore

It's all you can do to scream

When the lost ones are back in your grasp

You find yourself unable to love again

Out of fear of losing them forever

As though your brain is permanently scarred
