It's almost as if you're a stranger
Those sweet memories drifted off somewhere
I stared hopelessly into your unloving eyes
Once so familiar, but all at once it broke
A world full of light and life shattered into nothing
All of the uttered sighs and words don't even matter anymore
When the brightest star dies, where does the stardust go?
Do my wishes matter when they fall on such deaf ears?
