Once Upon A Chat
Once upon a chat, there was just only me,
Me who was searching the right one for me,
In the sea of people, there I noticed a few,
But among all others, my heart chose you.You met me and I met you by screen,
We chatted like a radical, typical teen,
We joked, we laughed, we shared our own stories,
We pranked, got hurt, we said our own sorries. Those few days we had when we chat back then,
Made me feel like a jar ready to be broken,
Coz' you held my heart with every message,
Making my mind lose all of the courage. But then I knew you can't give back,
The feelings I kept hidden in a rack,
Behind every smileys I sent via chat,
Is a tear-stained face wiped by a mat.So you never knew what my heart does say,
But what I ask of you is please, if you may,
Stay away from your phone, let go of my hand,
For, our chat ends here, this is the end.-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
Fun Fact:
This poem is inspired by a friend I met in Facebook. But the point of view is on that "friend" that I have, where "friend" speaks about the feelings my "friend" has felt for someone.
