Darkgnaw

In the darkness looms my hidden lies,
Within those lies are my tear-shedding cries,
Between those cries are eyes so brown,
Eyes that belonged to a boy with a broken crown.

Inside the boy is a heart, once was pure,
Now shattered, broken, without any cure,
Within his heart was a child filled with awe,
But now it is a shelter for a looming darkgnaw.

Darkness in the form of a heartless monster,
A monster, misunderstood by those he called "other",
Those others who didn't accept him for who he was,
And made him lose sanity for all that he has.

That monster remained hidden within the boy's heart,
That heart, recuperating from falling apart,
That boy who defends everyone from the foe,
Kept within his entity the darkest darkgnaw.

Fun Fact:

This tells about the monsters hidden within us. That we aren't always good alk the time. Where we have our limits. And when that limit is reached, the monster appears. That even the kindest person keeps within him the evil that everyone fears to see.
