-Titus-
We went through store after store, so that Everest could tick off various items on a piece of paper she had.
"May I?" I asked and she handed me her little list. "There really isn't much on here...books, what kind of books are you looking for specifically?
She shrugged, "I know I want some of our Were history and laws that way if I need to look something up for reference I wont have to go to your office or the library."
I nodded, "We've got spares at home, I can have someone take care of that for you."
"I was also looking into getting some Northern history books...this is my home now, so I want to know as much about it as possible."
I nodded, I loved that she felt so passionately about her life here. "That's still nowhere near enough books to fill those bookshelves in there."
"I know," she said "Which is why I wanted to also put some pictures up..."
I watched on as her beautiful face fell a little.
"What's wrong My Luna?" I hated to see her unhappy, even if she did try and conceal it with a smile once again.
She shook her head, "It's nothing really, just realized that I wanted to display photos of us and yet I don't think there are very many photos of us."
I was touched, for her to want to show off our relationship in her office even though it did start off rather unconventionally, it didn't diminish the love we had for one another.
"I know I don't really say it...but you do know I love you right Everest?"
She reached up and touched my face lovingly, "I do."
Then she smiled, "And I love you...now lets finish this up so we can hurry and get back home."
Her words had given me a thought, my mind was already working on the plan and I wondered if she would even go for it?
"Titus?" she sounded, her brows slightly pulled together.
"Yes?"
"I asked you if you wanted to pop in here to have a look around at electronics?"
"Of course My Everest."
I followed her around the store and called Evan, earlier I had filled him in on the floral delivery and I told him I would call him to check in to see if they were delivered.
"Evan." I sounded, Everest turned and smiled before disregarding my conversation as she went back to playing with some little gadget.
"The florists just left Alpha Graystone." He informed me. "Heidi and I have had them all placed in her office as we figured she would be visiting that room immediately upon your return."
"Good...I wanted to see if you could move some books from the library down to Everest's office." I said, she looked at me once again and smiled before motioning that she was moving to another section of the store. I nodded and smiled.
"Of course Alpha Graystone." I told him which books I would like moved down into her office that I felt would be most useful to her.
"Also I want you to go into my old bedroom, on my desk there is a photo of Everest and I, is there anyway you or even Heidi, come to think of it...she might be better suited for this job, no offense buddy...but ask her if she could get a copy of that picture, get a nice frame and have it in the office by the time we get back...I'm planning on keeping her out until lunch so hopefully that's enough time."
"Absoluetly, anything else Alpha Graystone."
"No, and thanks Evan."
"No problem." He said before we hung up.
