Chapter 74

Recap: Isha is not ready to abort the baby - Sharan's dilemma.

Its been three days Sharan is taking care of Isha just like a baby. He didn't  stay away from her even for a single second. The whole family looked after her very carefully. Isha felt comfortable within Sharan's presence. He made her believe that the baby will be safe and noone will kill their baby. She believed him. On the other hand Sharan was really worried. He wants his wife. And he can't lose his baby as Isha won't tolerate it.

One day morning he was helping Isha to dry her hairs after her bathe.

"Ishu don't move. You will get cold if you didn't dry your hair properly."he said drying her hair.
"Sharan don't shake me. Our baby...."she shouted.
"It's ok. I know my baby will be comfortable. I will take care of her." he bent down to her belly and slowly caressed her abdomen. She smiled.

"Baby, Did Pappa hurt you?? I am sorry princess."he kissed her belly.
She cupped his face and kissed on his forehead.
"Your baby loves you a lot Sharan." she said.
He smiled side hugging her.
"Ishu tomorrow we should have to go to hospital. " He said.
Suddenly her face became sad.
"What happened?"he asked.
"I am not coming to any hospital. I know they will kill my child."she said pouting.

"Nothing will happen to our baby. Did you forget my promise?? I will save our baby. But you should have to obey me."he held her tightly.
"Sharan I am really getting scared. Pls don't kill my baby."she said wiping tears.

Suddenly he remembered doctor's advice to not make her emotional. He wiped her tears.
"Ishu stop crying. Ok....we are not going to hospital if you don't want. But pls don't cry. It will affect our kid badly. I can't let that happen"he kissed her forehead.

She pretended to be normal for making him calm. Suddenly his phone rang and he attended the call moving towards balcony area.

"Hai doctor. Tell me."he asked.
"Sharan I have talked with my senior doctor who is currently working in Canada now."she said in a soft tone.
"Pls tell what did she say. I was waiting for that."he said.
"Can you pls come to my house now? I am here."she requested.
"Ok doctor. I will come soon"he cut the call.

"I didn't get what you are saying. Keeping baby means I have to lose my Isha. Isn't it? No I cant imagine that. At this point my wife is more important for me than my baby" Sharan said aloud.

"I know Sharan. Pls let me complete."Neelima requested with a sigh.
"Ok then tell."he approved.

"Sharan you have already seen how Isha reacting being afraid of losing her baby. She is now mentally and physically very weak. If we go for an abortion now, it will make matters more complicated. May be she will lose her mental stability too. That's why I said to take a chance with this pregnancy."she paused.

"But doctor what if anything happen to her during delivery?"he became worried.

"First of all you have to make her strong .....I mean physically and mentally... only you can do that Sharan. If she is enough healthy to carry a baby and deliver, may be no such complications occur during child birth like what we feared...."she said.

"Pls explain. I am ready to do anything for her and my baby"he assured.

"She is now one month pregnant. Lets try for next one and a half month. If her womb become strong before completing the first trimester there is nothing to worry during delivery time ."she said giving a new hope.

"What should I do for that???"he asked anxiously.
"Take care of her health. Follow strict diet with required exercises. I will connect you to an Ayurvedic clinic. Consult them and take the necessary treatments for strengthening her womb. Gave her the best nutrition and pregnancy care. Don't forget to take regular monthly check up too. First one on the end of this treatment. If the result is ok then Isha can deliver the child."she said confidently.

"What if the result is not ok???"he asked worried.
"Think positively. Are you ready to do it for your wife?"she asked
"Yes. Anything for her"he is damn sure.
"Wait a minute. I will give you the address of the clinic. And prescriptions on medicine and diet."she went inside.

After many painful days, he smiled slightly. A hope on his face.

Not only for Sharan, it was a new hope for the whole family. Finally a ray of light to end the darkness. Durga and his daughters are ready to do anything for Isha and the baby. They know their life is now revolving only around Isha and the life growing inside her. They gave full support to Sharan on his new mission. Sharan made Isha understand everything. Finally she agreed to obey Sharan and do anything for her baby. She promised that she will not trouble him and will follow doctor's orders correctly. She promised herself to be strong and save her baby.
