Flashback:
Durga Sharma and Urmila Sharma had a happy family life. It was an arranged marriage.

Introducing Khushbu as Urmila

They were blessed with three children. Their elder son Sharan and then twin daughters Veena and Varna. Even though they had differences in some matters as normal in a relationship, they were one of the most happiest couple till that man came into their life.

Introducing  Jagapathi Babu as  Devanand 

Devanand was a newly emerged businessman who is trying to build his own business kingdom.  Durga and Devanand met in an international conference. Durga became friends with him as he liked his nature of creating his own world without anyone's help. He introduced his new friend to his family also. Devanand was an orphan. Because of that Durga gave him all freedom in his house and treated him as a family member. Sharan was 17 and angels were 9 years old that time. Kids became very much close to the new family member. His visits to Durga's house became frequent.

Durga had an habit of drinking occasionally. But Devanand used to drink daily that too in an abnormal quantity. He always justify himself by saying it is to avoid the sorrow of loneliness. Durga tried a lot to control his friend's bad habit. But the result was unexpected. Devanand always force Durga to drink with him. Slowly he started obeying his friend and as a result he became also addicted to it. Sharan became furious with his father's new addiction. He tried a lot to advice Durga. Always his father promise him that he will not drink anymore. But he couldn't free himself from Devanand's spell. So Sharan started advising his mom to control his father. But she was not interested and she didn't care much about it. Devanand's visit to Sharan home became usual. He started visiting his friend's house even when Durga is not there despite of day and night which get noticed by Sharan. He suspected something unusual. But he couldn't make his mom understand it.

One day Devanand brought a drunken Durga to home. Sharan and Urmila helped Durga to get into the house.

"Ok Urmila, I'm going. Pls take care of  Durga. He is very over today" Devanand said.
"Hey pls wait..I will bring something to eat for you. After that you can leave." Urmila said.
"It's midnight now mom. Let him to go" Sharan said irritated by his mom's guest treatment at midnight.
"Yes.. let's see tomorrow. Bye Sharan" he said.
"Bye uncle..good night" Sharan replied.

He paused at the door.
"Oh god. I forgot about an important matter." Devanand said turning back.
"What's it Deva?" Urmila asked anxiously.
"There is an important file which should be signed by Durga. It is urgent. We need to file it tomorrow itself. Otherwise we will lose the project. I forgot to take his sign" he continued.
"It's not a big matter. Bring the file. We can make him sign now itself." Urmila said
"It's in the car. I will bring it" he said leaving.

"Mom do you think this is right? It's better to sign that file tomorrow morning when dad is conscious." Sharan said to his mom.
"Sharan, Devanand is not a stranger for us. Your dad trusts him a lot. So we should also. And it is all for our company's good will. May be tomorrow Durga will also say the same. So chill" she said.

Meanwhile Devanand returned with the file. Both Urmila and Devanand forced Durga to sign the file. He did so in unconscious mind.

Days Passed:
One day Durga and Sharan reached office getting an urgent call from their manager.

D: what happened?
M: Sir, we lost that 300 crore project.
S:What? How did it happen?
M: It was because of the mistakes on our project plan. They themselves cancel the project and gave it to another company.
D: But how?? Our plan was perfect. It had no mistakes. Our experts cross checked it many times before submission. Then how can it possible?
S: Dad, relax. We will verify. Where is the plan? Take it.
D: The plan was with Devanand. He took it for final submission.
M: sir, he is the one who cheated us.
D: What???? No...he will not do it...
M: yes sir...He did it. It was his company who got the project now.

It was a very big shock for both Durga and Sharan. Thy understood what exactly happened. Devanand manipulated the project plan and made Durga to sign it. Later he won the project for his company by using Durga's original project plan. Durga broke down. He sat on the floor. Sharan consoled him.

S: don't worry dad. Its just a project. We can compensate it with other projects.
D: No Sharan. It was not just a project. It was my life. Our company reputation and existence all depending on that project. Now we lost it and lost everything.
S: Dad what are you saying?
M: Yes sir. Its true. Durga Sir took money from many financial assistance cooperations for this project. There was no other way as our whole money was rolling. Now that cheater snatched our project and all other money.
S: what?
M: Yes he took money from all our bank accounts with the help of  signed documents from Durga Sir. He completely cheated us.
D: I have lost everything. Its better to die now. What will I say to Urmila now?? More than me she believed him. She cannot handle it.
M: Sharan sir pls take him home.

Sharan left the office with Durga. But they never thought that their home is waiting with another tragedy in their life.

They reached home. Immediately the maid rushed with Varna and Veena. Kids were crying. Sharan took them and consoled.

Sharan: What happened akka?
Maid: Urmila maam left the house. She told to hand over this letter to Durga Sir.

She gave a piece of paper to Sharan. Sharan read it along with his father.

It reads as:
"Dear Durga,
I know what I am doing is wrong. But I m sorry. I m not satisfied with this life. I m not happy with you. I want to live in the middle of a lot of money and pleasures like all other woman. But you are not a man who is matching with my tastes. You are only interested in helping Poor and doing social activities. I cannot withstand it. I want some pleasures that can be only given by money. You are interested only in your sister who eloped long back. So I m going. Devanand offered me a better life as his wife. So we planned all together. It's me who helped him to get your sign and bank documents. I m taking all jewellery with me. I m not leaving you alone. Our three kids are there for you. Good bye and Sorry."

Durga broke down. Sharan took him to hospital. It was an heart attack. An immediate surgery saved his life. But he gone into a depression state after that incidents. More than his friend's betrayal, his wife almost killed him. After that Sharan was the only relief for him. Sharan took care of his dad and sisters. He himself changed to a mother for his angels. They don't know anything about their mother. Sharan made them believe that their mother is dead. Sharan took over business along with his studies. He managed to pay back all the debts through his hardwork. But he hated all women after that. He saw his mother's face in all women he sees. He became Mr.Rude.
