Chapter 88

Recap: Diana's conversation with Sharan - Isha witnessing the secret meeting.

"Sharan...What is happening here?"
Sharan and Diana turned back to see Isha standing at a distance with a shocked face.

Both of them are shocked to see Isha unexpectedly.
Isha saw Sharan kneeling infront of Diana with a teary face. Her heart broke into a million pieces seeing her love's miserable condition. She rushed towards him and make him stand straight. She cupped his face with her arms. He felt his mouth dry unable to speak.

"What happened to you Sharan? Why are you crying?"she asked confusingly.

Sharan placed his hands over hers. She wiped his tears.
"Can anyone pls tell me what is going on here at this night?" Isha looked at Sharan and Diana alternately. Sharan gestured Diana to keep quiet which didn't fail to get noticed by Isha.

"Sharan Come with me"she dragged him to their room and locked the room immediately after they entered.

She went towards him and held his collar tightly.
"What is going on between old college mates at this night? And that too after making sure that your wife has slept."she asked straightly looking at his eyes.

He lowered his head. But she raised his chin with her fingers.

"Don't stand like this Sharan. I am not a typical wife to doubt my husband immediately after seeing him with a girl at night. If it was the case I wouldn't have asked you for reasons. But I want an answer. I still trust you and all your promises. But I need to know what kind of past you have with her since I am sure that she is not your college mate. Why did you cry infront of her? "She asked for which Sharan stood like a statue.

"I want an answer Sharan.... Who is Diana?" This time she almost shouted like a volcano. He was shocked.

"Isha, my relationship with Diana is not something that you are thinking"he tried to capture her cheeks with his arms. But jerking it away she moved back.

"Did I tell you that what I am thinking about your relationship? You are underestimating me Sharan. I am not doubting you anyway. But feeling pity on you realizing the fact that you couldn't understand me even after this long span of our married life. I am feeling ashamed on myself now. "she broke down on floor.

He knelt infront of her to take her in his arms. She sat there without any response allowing him to do what he wants..Her silence was killing him in all possible ways. He want atleast her to slap him.. but she is now giving him the perfect and most painful punishment....she didn't react... instead just wiped her tears. he looked at her with teary face.
