In between the time you had while waiting for Ben to come back, things had gone completely south back in Naboo. You'd moved base back into town to meet with some of the political figures, but it seemed as though you should've stayed back at your lake retreat.

Riots were taking place on the streets and the Resistance was now more aware than ever of your coming marriage to Kylo Ren.

You needed Ben back more than ever. You of course had protection, with your palace guards and such to defend you, but that didn't stop you from trying to stop all the rioting yourself.

You of course had the bright idea of taking matters into your own hands and tried fighting back once peace was no longer an option which resulted in you getting shot across your shoulder from a misfired shot escaping a blaster.

You had worse of course but it didn't hurt any less. With blood spilling down your arm from the blaster, you quickly had to defend the palace and all of the innocent by setting up and activating a shield to defend the palace entrance from rioters.

Anyone who defied the palace would immediately be caught and thrown into prison.

You couldn't catch a break.

You didn't yet have the actual authority to rule as of yet. . .not until you were married. Naboo hadn't had anyone to rule since Queen Amidala was killed and ever since it had been in turmoil with gangs and crime running amuck in the streets.

That gave rioters complete access to do what they wished, which was to pretty much bring the new empire down. No one wanted any sort of authority in the city. They'd had enough of the Empire doing that in the previous years.

You quickly locked the entrance to the palace, barricading it by any means necessary and hoped that the shield would hold for a little longer.

You watched as turmoil ensued around you. It didn't look good. You imagined that General Hux had taken over since Ben wasn't around and you had the feeling that he had something to do with the many Storm troopers parading through the streets.

You felt outnumbered. You remembered what Cora said. She mentioned that the resistance would be there for you if you wished to leave Ben. You couldn't do that. . .and now, everything was complete chaos.

A little droid came rolling over towards you as you leaned against the wall thinking of something. . .anything you could do to keep the rioting at bay.

The Droid beeped to get your attention as it pulled up a hologram. It was Princess Leia. You were so happy to see her face. Maybe this was your only hope.

"Y/N. . .we don't have much time to get to your location but I need you to focus and try to hone in on the force. Can you do that? You have the power to change what's around you if you focus on it." She cut out after that, making the Droid beep a few times in conversation as it rolled away.

Hone in?

She was telling you to use the force to control your surroundings. You thought it was the best damn thing you could possibly do at the moment so that's what you did.

You focused your energy on the palace doors, concentrating and letting any bit of energy from the force come through to you and find you.

All was silent.

You suddenly felt pretty powerful. It was unlike any feeling you had ever felt before while using the force.

You felt the pull of the doors opening as you used the full extent of your force powers. You were using all of your might, but in reality it was merely like floating through time and space.

This was the true feel of force using. This was it at it's full potential.

The doors opened and amidst all the choas you only focused on the force and reached out in front of you as you walked slowly and carefully down the stairs.

By the time you reached the bottom, you felt lightweight.

You slowly lowered your hand, letting it drop by your side.

And then you opened your eyes.

Everything was silent. Everyone who had been fighting was now lying on the ground, stunned by the force.

It was the force that came from you alone.

Or so you thought.

Your mouth fell agape as you looked around you. You didn't quite honestly know how you did it but you did.

You thought that only a Master Jedi could practice this advanced kind of force using.

It was at that exact moment that you saw a figure from the distance. They were standing completely still.

His hand was outreached as he lowered his as well.

You squinted your eyes to get a better look but couldn't quite make out who it was.

"Y/N."

That voice was familiar. Too familiar. You thought that you had imagined it before but you didn't. He was trying to break through to you.

Luke Skywalker.

He was now standing a few feet away. He was clearly much older and to your surprise, he looked just as surprised to see you.

"Master?" You said, barely audible because you couldn't believe you were standing there, looking right at him.

"We need to talk," he spoke, voice scratchy and tired.

Then you put two and two together. It wasn't you alone that had caused the citizens and troopers to fall to the ground.  It was also Luke that was there using the force along with you.

"Leia is sending her people to clean up this mess. But right now, that's not my concern. My concern is you, Y/N." He said, placing a hand on your shoulder after he'd walked straight up to you. It still didn't feel real.

Before you could even respond, a familiar black Silencer practically nearly crash landed as you saw the door of it fly open.

You saw Ben's worried-as-hell expression looking right at you.

You took off towards him, flinging your arms around his neck as you embraced him. God you had missed him.

But he very quickly took notice of Luke as Luke turned slowly around, staring at Ben. His face was expressionless careful not to  let on to his emotions.

You saw Ben's face screw up in an angry rage and he let go of you, igniting his lightsaber.

"Skywalker!" He yelled angrily, readying his saber to kill him if he needed.

You grabbed Ben's arm, grasping it tightly. "Ben! Wait. . ." You pleaded, standing in front of him.

"Y/N, step aside. This has nothing to do with you," he whispered, making you feel cold and honestly for the first time, truly scared of Ben.

"Stop. . .please---don't do anything rash. Please Let me talk to him first," you begged, eyes looking into his cold brown ones.

For the first time in a long time, you saw pure hatred in them. They weren't looking at you. They were looking at him.

Luke simply stood right where he was, unmoving. Ben quickly shoved you off and took off running towards him, saber ready to kill.

You closed your eyes, hoping, praying. You couldn't stop him but you could try.

Before you even had to, you opened your eyes again and Ben was on the ground. Luke was standing above him.

"I didn't hurt him. I simply stunned him into a deep sleep. He will be fine. . ." Luke sighed, picking the boy up and carrying him back into the palace.

You were still concerned for Ben. But you followed closely behind, eager to talk to your former Jedi Master.
