Crestfallen

Chapter 2

Thank you DarkLight911 for writing All about you, I suck at writing poetry so I am going to say this, "Thank you thank you thank you, thank you in all langauges for writing this for me!!!!" 

Yes, this story will have changes in point of views in characters. Most chapters though will have the third person point of view of Lilium. I hate writing in first person so hope you lazy people out there enjoy reading something so rare on this site!

 March 13

(12:15 a.m)

Crina looked onto the stage, she was very excited about finally performing in America. She'd dreamed of going to America ever since she had seen a poster in downtown Burahcrest for a contest to go to New York City for a week. She told her parent's they were going to live in New York City, where her mother would become a broadway actress, and her father a television host of some political show.

Crina at the beginning only auditioned for the group of Crestfallen to get a chance to live in America. She had no idea that she'd end up only touring Europe. She used to think that she and Lilium were never going to get to see the other side of the world. Then again, she'd been wrong before. 

Now that she was here she realized two things: One, whoever this talk show host was he has a huge chin! And finally, she was right to fantasize about a place where people were completely different! 

Lilium had said this place was going to be boring, she'd been wrong of course. Lately all Crina had noticed was how boring Lilium had become. She seems to have allowed her character of being innocent and desecrate a little too seriously! Crina had taken to the character of lovable tough girl quite well. 

She thought it was because she is, of course, the lovable tough girl. In a concert in Sweden, she'd ran onto the stage only wearing a corset top and black mini skirt, screaming that she bet no one else would do what she can do. 

Kevin had loved her for doing that, he loved it when the girls got too far into their characters. When Crina got into hers the group looked completely the way he wanted it too. He wanted them to look both rough and innocent. Crina took the spot as rough, while Lilium took the spot of innocence. 

"Ready?" Lilium whispered from off stage. 

Crina smiled at Lilium and noticed how bored she was to be here. She couldn't understand why this is going to be so exciting! They were going to get onto the stage and sing their hit song About You, for the first time in America. 

"Yes," Crina giggled. "Can you believe we are here?" 

"Yes, as plain as I can see my hand out in front of me." Lilium replied with no sense of excitement. 

"Do you have a migraine or something?" Crina asked with a sarcastic tone. 

This is how Lilium is when she is either bored or has a headache. Crina knew for a fact she'd complain about headaches just to get out of performances or singing. Crina had a strong dislike of Lilium when she is in this mood, she couldn't decide if it was her or was she seriously not ready for stardom. 

"No, I am just bored." Lilium replied. 

"All right girls," Kevin whispered from behind them. "Remember to kiss each other at least every chorus, we have to show these people who you are. And where you stand." 

Crina had always had a secret hatred of Kevin, he may have seen nice at first but when the girls started making out. He became such a pedophile, he is a pedophile. 

The girls nodded to each other as Mr. Leno announced them onto the stage to sing their hit single About you. 

 "And now we have the lovely girls of Crestfallen!" Mr. Leno said loudly from his spot on stage. 

Crina took Lilium's hand as the two girls came out with microphones in hand. The girls went out onto a pretty dark stage with the audience cheering and everything. The girls smiled, as the music began to play the separated. 

Crina lifted the microphone first to show she was singing first.

"When you’re not with me, 

I feel completely alone. 

Surely it’s not wrong? 

To want to be with the one you love." Crina sang with her usual higher and rougher voice. 

The audience cheered as always, she expected them to. If they didn't she'd get pissed and no one wanted to be around an anger Crina. Kevin had seen her in that manner dozens of times. Crina as always saw Lilium raise her microphone as they prepared to sing the first chorus of their song. 

"I would give all the stars in the sky,

 To you just to see you smile

I would give everything in the world,

To you just to make you laugh 

But I never would have thought that 

You would have made me feel the way I feel 

About you" 

The two girls sang with a combination of Crina's sharp voice with the mix of Lilium's smooth voice. The girl's voice was perfectly matched to one another, Crina was darker, while Lilium was innocent and sweet. 

The song reflected on the girl's actual relationship. Crina loved Lilium more than she had ever loved anyone else before. However, Lilium did not believe in two girls being in love. Crina was the one who gave Kevin and the other song writers the idea for this song. She loved Lilium, and she truly believed that Lilium would hear this song and love her back. 

The two girls meet during the first instrumental. Crina threw her arms around Lilium's neck and that was the beginning of another one of their infamous, "Stage kisses". They kissed for a short enough time for the audience to say, "Uh... oh!" 

Lilium lifted the microphone to her lips and sang her part of the song, while Crina held back. Waiting for the next chorus so the two girls could be seen at least hugging by the end of the song. 

"Now, I wouldn’t want

 To be away from you

Even though everyday I am without

Feels like a lifetime

And yet, I feel I can’t breathe" 

Crina stroked Lilium's cheek as she sang her last solo part of the song. 

"I don’t know what id do,

 If I didn’t have you

By my side

I just know

The nights would be painfully long

Without you" 

The girls sang the chorus again with the audience cheering. As the end of the song came close, Crina grabbed hold of Lilium's arm, Crina pulled Lilium close. The girl's got looks but who cared? Instead of singing the final words, Crina looked into Lilium's lovely green eyes and said, "About you," 

Crina then forced a kiss upon Lilium's lips, which of course got Lilium to kiss back. She knew she had a weakness for being kissed. She'd learned that the first time they had to kiss each other. Crina was certain this would give the headlines Kevin wanted, however, she was only thinking of Lilium at this moment.... Not Kevin and his fucking headlines! 

"And that was Crestfallen, aren't they lovely?" Mr. Leno said as the show ended.

Sorry this took so long! Busy with work and other stuff that piled up for the past week or so! I will get more frequent with the uploads after summer! Summer brings a lot of movies that have to be written about (some good some really fucking bad!)
