A/N: Hello!
I want to start off by saying that I know I haven't been as active with this book as I was before. I've just been focusing my attention on my Niall Horan book: Everything Has Changed. (Ya'll should go check it out, I promise, you won't be disappointed). And I've also been busy with school work. I know I have to update, I see all of your comments. But you've got to be patient with me. I'll TRY to update at least once or twice a week; you lot just have to be patient, that's all I ask of you.
That was all I wanted to share with you guys, I hope you enjoy!

HARRY
"You can't possibly be serious right now, Alexandra!" I groaned after my fiancée who was heading in the direction of our daughter's nursery.
"Yes I am, Harry! You can't expect me to be okay with this! I'm positive, if it were the other way around, you'd be having an absolute fit." She stated furiously, not once looking me in the eyes.
She gently took Scarlett out of her crib and laid her on her changing table to put some clothes and a new nappy on her tiny body.
"Babe, for the hundredth time! We're just friends, if you could even call it that! And it's not my decision; Jeff was the one who arranged for this to happen, I can't really go against my manager's ordered." I cried out in frustration, slightly scaring my daughter and causing her to whine quietly.
For the first time in the hour we've been arguing, Alexandra looked me directly in the face.
"Could you please not yell? You're scaring my daughter." She rather ordered than asked. My eyes widened in surprise.
I can't believe this. Please tell me this is a joke.
"Oh so now she's just your daughter?" I dared, my words sharp; quite frankly, I was hurt by what she said.
"Our daughter, I'm sorry. I know what you're trying to do and it's not going to work; don't change the subject, Harry." Alexandra sighed, picking up Scarlett from her changing table and exiting the room with OUR daughter in her arms.
"Alexandra, not this again... I've already told you, it's work related. Of course there's nothing going on between her and I! Do you really think that little of me?" I whispered as I ran my hands through my hair tiredly.
"And I understand it's for work. But you also have to understand how I'm feeling, Harry. Of course I trust you, H; it's her I'm not too sure about." Alexandra breathed out gently, laying back against the sofa with Scarlett latched on her breast.
"What if you come with me? Will that make you more comfortable?" I offered, at this point desperate to make her understand there was nothing going on between me and Camille Rowe. (A/N: I'm sorry guys, I had to aidlwjaw).
Alexandra was silent for a while, I don't know if it was because she was contemplating what I told her, or because she simply did not want to talk to me.
"I'll go with you to that dinner. But I swear to the most sacred thing I have in life, Harry, the second she makes an inappropriate comment, I'm out of there and so are you." She huffed, an annoyed look to her beautiful face.
"Okay, darling. Thank you." I smiled shyly, to which Alexandra rolled her eyes.
"You have to understand something, though. Harry... this is something extremely challenging and way out of my comfort zone to be doing. You can't just expect me to be on board every time you have to do something like this; whether it's work related or not. What you've just told and asked me to do is something extremely uncomfortable. I'm positive if it were you in my situation, you'd make me turn it down the second I even peeped my ex's name." Alex frowned, her eyes trained on our daughter's face.
"I love you." I whimpered pathetically.
Alexandra raised her gaze toward me, an unreadable expression on her face features.
" I love you too. But that's not really the same thing as asking you to understand me, is it?"
