Serendipity 2 JHope and Jimin

Part 30

Jimin

I could hear people talking, and the pain wasn't so bad anymore. I tried to open my eyes, but they wouldn't cooperate. I heard someone calling my name, but I couldn't answer them. I tried to lift my arm to rub my eyes and get them to open, but something stopped it from moving, and I felt a sharp sting. I lay there for a little longer trying to get my bearings and focus on the sounds I could here.

"Jimin" I was sure that was Jin's voice

I moved my head towards the sound and groaned.

"Come on Jimin wake up .... Please" that was Tae

I stirred myself a little more, and finally managed to open my eyes a fraction. Things were blurry, but I could see three people standing beside me. I was in a bed, and there were beeps going off every few seconds. It must be a hospital, but what had happened to me?

"He's opening his eyes look" that was JK's voice

"Jin" I managed to croak out, and felt his hand touch mine where it was resting on the bed

"I'm here Jimin"

And then I was gone again into the blackness

I felt myself rising to the surface again, and this time I was able to open my eyes and look around. I was in a hospital bed, there was a drip in my arm, and machines beeping constantly. Jin was asleep in a chair beside my bed, his hand holding mine, and his head resting on his arms, that were on the bed.

"Jin" again it came out as croak

He stirred and lifted his head, then he noticed my eyes were open and he came to life

"Jimin oh thank god"

"What happened?"

"Never mind that now, I need to get a nurse in here" and he pushed a button beside my bed.

When the nurse came she checked me over and asked a few questions, then she left telling me the doctor would come see me soon.

"What happened? "I asked again, he looked down and took a deep breath

"You were knocked out and tortured by Yoonjae"

"What? Why? What did he do to me?"

"To put it bluntly, he carved you up as if you were the Sunday roast"

I looked at my arms then, and saw the multitude of cuts and tiny stab wounds all over them

"And its pretty much like that all over" Jin said

"Why? Why would he do this?"

"I'm not sure yet, I haven't spoken to Sasa, Yoongi or Namjoon, I've been here with you all night. And haven't had a chance to see how they are doing yet"

"Yoongi's hurt!!"
"Not badly don't panic"

"And Sasa and NamJoon?"

"Sasa is a bit of mess, she got beaten pretty badly, but they said she'll be ok, and the bullet only grazed Namjoon's side he's fine"

"Bullet! Jin what the hell went on?"

"I told you I'm not sure now calm down you need to rest. I'm going to call JK and Tae and let them know your awake, I sent them home to bed but promised I'd call when you woke up"

And he walked out to the corridor

I lay racking my brain trying to remember exactly what happened, but all I could remember was walking into the house and seeing Yoonjae, after that everything was a blur.

JHope

I sat by their beds all night, going back and forth between Sasa Namjoon and Jimin, the three people I loved most in the world. Yoongi was in another ward, but he was doing ok, and told me to stay with the others and let him know how they were doing.
"Hobi" Sasa was awake and looking at me

"Hey sleepy I'm here how do you feel?" I smiled a there

"Sore"

"I bet"
"Yoongi and Namjoon and Jimin?" she must have suddenly remembered because she looked scared and worried

"There all fine "

She let out the breath she had been holding and closed her eyes again.
"And Yoonjae?"

"Don't know and don't care, the police escorted him in the ambulance"

"He had a gun" she sounded incredulous "I mean.... I saw the knife just before Heej....... he grabbed me right before he grabbed me"

She had sounded like she was going to say something else and then changed her mind, I wanted to ask her about it, but thought better of it, her mind was still not focusing properly that's all
"Can you remember everything?" I asked her

"Yes..." it was almost a whisper

"Did he .... touch you?"

She looked away from me out of the window and didn't answer

"Sasa?"

"Yoonjae didn't 'touch me' no"

"how about I go check on Namjoon, and let Yoongi know your awake, you get some more rest and Ill be back as soon as I can"

She didn't answer me, just continued to stare out the window. Once she woke up I had expected anger, sadness, fear and worry, but she had none of those, her expression was blank, like the lights were on, but nobody was home.

Everybody was back home within a week, and I got more of the full story. But sometimes Sasa's version was a little mixed up, and she often refused to talk about it at all, leaving the room or just sitting and staring with the blank expression on her face. And the biggest shock of all was, that the day after it happened, she broke Namjoon's heart, wouldn't give him reason just said she didn't want to do it anymore. We were all shocked

I had to go down to his studio one afternoon, and when I entered I knew straight away that he had been crying.

"You Ok?" I put my hand on his shoulder

He looked up at me and I saw a tear fall slowly down his cheek

"What did I do Hobi? "

"I don't know I wish I could tell you" I hugged him "Maybe just give her some time and see what happens, you've all been through a terrible experience, and you all need to heal mentally as well. "

"She's not herself though is she?"

"I don't think so no, she's very withdrawn and lost in her own head most of the time"

"Will you try talking to her for me, she always listens to you, maybe she'll tell you what's going on"

"Namjoon..."

"Please Hobi"

I had to agree, he looked so sad. We did what we had to do in the studio and then I left to go back upstairs. I needed to talk to Sasa
