The two boys reached Hoseoks flat around 20 minutes, after they walked away from the bridge. Hyungwon still felt a bit uncomfortable about this situation and the feeling of guilt started to fill him.
If he wouldn't have talked to Hoseok and asked him for something to write, he won't have to stress the other boy so much but now he caused him a lot of extra trouble.
But on the other hand, seeing him putting so much effort into being caring towards the boy, was something he did not want to let go of.
He sat down on the couch in Hoseoks living room and patiently waited for the other boy to come back, since he just walked into the kitchen, to make them something of the hot drink.
In Hyungwon's eyes the flat looked very comfortable yet very simple. But for what he knows already, it fits to Hoseoks personality. Strange how much your furniture can fit your character sometimes.
A few minutes later Hoseok entered the living room again and placed a cup of hot chocolate in front of Hyungwon, while he holds one for himself.
"Are these marshmallows?" Hyungwon asks with an excited voice, as he starts drinking.
"Yes, do you like them?"
The younger boy nods. "I love them. They remind me of-" he cuts himself off and stares at his hands with a sad smile. "Never mind."
Hoseok slides closer to the boy and leans his head in front of Hyungwon's face. "What do they remind you of?"
"Just the time of my ex-girlfriend and me. We always ate them together."
"This girl must haven been a real hoe, if she just leaves you like this. I bet you haven't been dating that long, right?"
Hyungwon shakes his head. "We've been dating for four years now. I actually wanted to propose, after I finished this semester of university."
As the other boy hears these words, he starts choking on is hot chocolate and looks at Hyungwon with a confused expression. "Four years? And then she just leaves you? What the hell."
"Yeah she did. But can we talk about something else please, I don't want to cry again."
"Ah yeah, my fault, I am sorry." Hoseok shrugs and continues drinking his hot chocolate. "You already feel warmer?" he asks after a while and Hyungwon nods.
"Yeah thanks a lot, I really don't know how to pay you this back."
"You don't need to. I said I want to show you, how I care for my friends and that's exactly what I am doing, so as long as you stay my friend everything is fine."
"How do I deserve this? You know me for only 1 hour now."
Hoseok slightly smiles at Hyungwon's words. "I told you, that was enough time for me to like you and wanting you to be my friend. Even though the story how we met is a bit strange." He laughs and empties his cup of hot chocolate. "Do you want to watch a movie?"
"But it's already late. I think I should go home." He gets ups from the couch ready to leave the flat, when Hoseok holds him back.
"Who said you should? You can stay tonight. Especially in this critical state I don't really want you to go outside alone."
"But you've already done so much, there is no need for me to-"
"I insist that you stay." Hoseok demands. "Here we have food, a warm place, movies and I guess a lot of fun as well. But when you're at home, I guess you will be very lonely. So please stay."
