Quick Author's Note: These next few poems will be based on prompts that I've been assigned by my English Language Arts teacher, or ELA teacher for short. I'll name the prompt at the beginning (the original prompts are more lengthy so I'll shorten/abbreviate them) so that it's clear as to what the writing is about. These poems will be considerably longer, as I'm supposed to write 10-20 lines for each, though I'm allowed to go over 20 as well.
I hope whoever reads this book doesn't mind. This is gonna help me a lot, especially since I'm actually not all that fond of writing poetry, though I love reading it.
If a poem doesn't have a prompt specifically named right at the beginning, then its not based on a prompt and is just me writing what comes to me. I only have 8 prompts that are required of me, so after those 8, I probably will stop with the prompts. Just an FYI, if it really matters.
