Today, I am going to start with the first chapter of the serie "Why you should love a Band"! I have obviously chosen Guns 'N Roses. Well, lots of people say that they're foregone, but I just want to talk about how much influential and important they are into the Classic Rock Scenery, fact that many of them usually forget. We have to appreciate the positive things of a band, because every musician of that period has something to give us. So, don't look at their negative sides, no one is perfect! Basically, these are my personal reasons why Guns 'N Roses are a great band. Hope that you'll agree with me! Here we go:
~ Reason n°1: Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Oasis AND THEY'RE THE ONLY BAND WHICH HAVE MADE A FREAKING REUNION.I AM GRATEFUL. THANK GOD THEY'RE DOING CONCERT AND ALL OF THE REST. Music is still alive, men.
~ Reason n°2: Their lyrics. Yes, Guns aren't just Sweet Child 'O Mine or November Rain (btw amazing songs). They're just a little bit more. I recommend you something If you don't know their songs very well, although I'm not a huge fan as with Led Zeppelin. *Civil War: It's against the war and about how useless it is. Not a very foregone topic, guys. I HAVE ALWAYS GOOSEBUMPS WHEN I LISTEN TO THAT SONG. *Knockin' On Heaven's Door: cover of the famous Bob Dylan's song. Just try to keep the concentration on the rhythm and how much perfectly the instruments were joined together. Their interpretation is sublime, trust me. *Welcome To The Jungle: there's a very curious story beside the lyric of this song. Excluding the rhythm, the meaning is so deep and It makes people thinking about lots of megalopolis' problems.
These are some of the other most important and well-known songs. I have chosen these ones because I hope that someone will finally like them because of their meanings, and not just because the melody is cool. All of the instruments are breathtaking, but what's hidden behind a composition is more than that.
~ Reason n°3: They were the last Hard Rock band. Without Guns 'N Roses nothing would have been the same as now. And I've said everything.
~ Reason n°4: THEM.

Seriously, guys. Without them Guns 'N Roses wouldn't have never been Guns 'N Roses.
~ Reason n°5: Axl's attitude. THAT LITTLE BLONDE SASSY... *Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger claimed that Axl pushed him during a party. He said: <<I'm thinking, 'No teeth, no eye'. So I hit him before he hit me.>> No horribly bland polo shirts for Axl then. *He kicked a fan out a show at Vancouver's Pacific Coliseum by saying: <<Out, motherfucker! Out! Get the fuck out! Yea, you! See ya, you dumb motherfucker.>> We're pretty sure it wasn't his mother. (I DIED AT THIS)
