Nellie awoke and opened her eyes when she saw a note placed on the desk beside her. She took it and opened it. It said:
Gone to work.
I love you
-Sweeney
Nellie smiled at placed it back where she took it. She stood up and fixed her hair. She then went down the stairs for some breakfast.
She was hungry. She was always hungry or maybe she just felt like eating many everyday. She made some breakfast for herself which was a lot and they were all different from one another. Some were sweets and others were random.
She began eating and eating and eating. Her meal was almost finished when she noticed the different tastes of food were mixed up in her taste buds. It was disgusting now.
Suddenly, she felt sick and ran to the bathroom and threw up in the toilet immediately. She sat on the cold floor and cleansed her mouth when she was finished.

Sweeney just finished shaving a costumer when his boss entered.
" Mr. Todd? " the manager said. He was fat and he looked like his age was around his 40's. His hair was brown and his eyes were blue. He was called Robert Wilmington. He had 4 barbers to work for him, including Sweeney. His shop was not big but enough for people to enter.
" Yes sir? " Sweeney said as he took the customer's money and placed it on a small box in front of the mirror. " I'll be leaving town in a few days and I need everyone with me and work for me there. And that includes you, Mr. Todd. " Mr. Wilmington said when he furrowed his brows.
Sweeney was silent. He promised Nellie that he would never leave her and now his job was driving him to do it. " Are you alright, Mr. Todd? " Mr. Wilmington said. He noticed that Sweeney was silent and staring at nothing.
" Yes. Thank you, Sir. When is.. everyone leaving? " Sweeney asked. He didn't want to leave Nellie right then and there. He also wished their stay for the job won't be long. Cause pretty soon, he'll be missing Nellie.
Mr. Wilmington looked at the calendar and pointed it. " It'll be four days from now. " he said as he put down his arm and looked at Sweeney with a smile. " But don't worry, good sir. We'll just be gone in a few months. " Mr. Wilmington said as he placed his hand on Sweeney's shoulder and placed it back down.
Sweeney was still silent but he managed to give his boss a smile. Mr. Wilmington looked at the clock and noticed it was getting late.
" Well. Mr. Todd. " he said as he turned to Sweeney again. " Sir? " Sweeney said. " I guess it's time to close the shop. " Mr. Wilmington said when he took his jacket and his hat from the desk. " Of course, sir. " Sweeney said and took his jacket and put it on him.
Both exited the shop and Mr. Wilmington locked it. It was only the two of them. The rest decided to go home early. " Have a good night, Mr. Todd. " Mr. Wilmington said as he tipped his hat and smiled at Sweeney. " You too, sir. " Sweeney nodded and started to walk home when he heard his boss giggle and say " Good Man. "

Nellie was lying in the couch with her arm on her head. She was exhausted. She had been throwing up lots of times on this day. She didn't know why. Sweeney entered their home as Nellie sat up and looked at him.
" Evening, love. Why'd you come home late? " she asked. " Me and my boss had a little chat. " he said as he took off his jacket. " Ah. " Nellie said when she glanced at the floor and raised an eyebrow.
Sweeney looked at her and noticed there was something different about her. " Are you alright? " he asked her when he finished folding his jacket. " Yes, I'm fine. " Nellie said as she gave Sweeney a bright smile.
