Natsu is the greatest. When he isn't fighting, which is all the time if you haven't noticed, or doing something crazy, again all the time, he's very loving and affectionate. In his own way. I wanted to tell Natsu about the whole Gruvia secret but I knew I would get my throat ripped out by Erza if I did.

There is only one person, well thing, I could tell: my diary. When Erza and I got home I went straight to my desk.

Dear diary,
It's been awhile since I've put pen to paper but things have happened and I have been waiting for the right time to tell you.

First off, Natsu and I are dating now. I think. He's so sweet and he was actually a fine gentleman on our first date. Now we spend more time together and go out more often. He's the perfect boyfriend. Not clueless and not clingy, but the type of guy that is always there when you need something, anything. A laugh, a shoulder to cry on, or a tip on what restraunt to eat at. He's special.

The other thing I was dying to tell you is about what Erza told me. Gray actually does like Juvia, but she doesn't know it yet. I really just want to tell her! Then again never mind a certian someone (me!) doesn't want their beautiful blonde hair ripped out! Juvia is nice and all but seriously she needs to take a chill pill when it comes to Gray. You know maybe Gray has the same problem with Juvia, but since he uses and lives on Ice-Maker magic he's cool about it. The thing is I don't understand why he would tell Erza of all people. He could of came to me! Nevermind. I probably couldn't keep that secret for more than a day...it's just too juicy! Maybe that's why he told Erza? Maybe because he trusted her enough to keep it a secret? I don't know. Though, I want to know when he'll tell Juvia the undying love for her! Okay, so maybe not "undying love" but something close to that... Maybe Natsu and I could have a double date with them? Nah, I'm not going to push it.

I closed my diary and put it back in the dusty floor boards.

"What do you write in that, Lucy?" Erza asked when I put down the board.

"Stuff," I paused, knitting my eyebrows. "Things." She gave me a sideways glance and shook the conversation off.

"Erza?" She turned her head so that she was facing me. "Never mind." I was about to ask her why she kept the whole Gray and Juvia thing from me but then I realized that it's her business not mine.

"Lucy," she said. "About earlier-"

"It's fine," I said. "Really it is. I get it, you've got promises too." It's like she was reading my mind. Maybe she can....

I'm so very sorry about how short this chapter is! I just had to update this chapter before I left for Europe!!! :) Though, I will have another LONG chapter in about 3-4 weeks (the trip is two weeks) so I hope that this will be okay for now.
