"I don't know anything about that," I said assuringly. "Ask him, maybe, if there is something, he'll tell you?"

"Yes, Lucy is right Juvia," Erza said backing me up. "We'll go with you if you want?"

Juvia was still quiet, "No thanks," she picked at the salad she ordered. "I'm going to talk to him...alone."

She stared off into the distance above our heads. Then her face grew sad, "What if he's in love with someone else?" She slammed her hands on the table. "WHAT DO I DO THEN?"

Silence. I didn't know what to say and, to be honest, I didn't want to say anything.

I looked down at my watch, "Oh my gosh, look at the time! So sorry, Juvia, but we need to go!" I practically pushed Erza out of the booth and almost ran out the door.

Dear Diary,

I can't think about Gray and Juvia anymore. My devotion, in the love department, is for Natsu. Natsu. There is one question that still lingers in my brain: Does he love me? Because, I think I'm in love with him. Should I tell him? Or should I wait until he tells me? ...Will he tell me? That's the major problem. If I say it and he doesn't think of me that way, then what will happen to our relationship?

"What are you doing?" Erza asked me.

I slammed my diary and said, "Just writing ideas for my book is all." She stared at me with squinted eyes and then rolled them after a while.

Later that night Erza asked me a question, "So, Lucy," She paused, making sure that she had my attention. "What were you and Natsu doing earlier today?"

"Just talking," I replied.

"Sure you were," Erza said.

That morning, at the guild, I went over to Gray. "Gray, we need to talk," I whispered, making sure that no one saw. He nodded and we went outside before anyone noticed we were even here.

Once we were in the clear I said, "Look, Gray, you're a great guy and all, but the thing is: I'm with Natsu and nothing is going to change that. Ever. So," I paused, regaining myself. "Move on. There are other girls anxious to ask you out. Maybe a little to anxious, but that's not the point. Do you get what I'm saying?"

"Yes, I do," Gray said quietly. "Can we just start over?"

I smiled, "Yeah, let's start over."
