~Lucy
He was there, dashing, in every way possible. In front of me was, Natsu. The moon behind him, making him even more stunning than ever. He walked up to me and for a second just stood there. He then brushed a strand of hair from my face and smiled.
"What?" I asked quietly. He didn't say anything. "What?"
He still didn't say anything, but he pulled me close and took me into his embrace. I closed my eyes tight and then opened them again to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I wasn't. This was reality and I liked it. No. I loved it. I loved him.
We stood there, still in embrace, and I realized that this could be my forever. Just this. I would definitely be okay with that.
"I got you something," he said releasing me and began to dig through his pack. He pulls out a piece of white paper and hands it to me. It read 'Salamander' in black ink. As soon as I read it, I remembered that the autograph was from the first day we met.
"Natsu!" I bleated. "You kept this?"
"Well, there wasn't really anything that came from our first day together except for that so..."
I didn't say anything I just looked up at him and smiled. It was a crappy gift but it was a great reference. I went back in the house and laid it carefully on my dresser. I ran back to the door and I grabbed his hand. It was warm and tense. We walked down the street, passing other people and houses.
"Lucy?" Natsu said quietly, taking a breath, letting go of my hand.
"Yeah?" I said in a dazed tone, letting in every moment. He took a seat on a nearby bench and I joined. He grabbed my hand again and then looked up at me.
"I'm in love with you," he slurred. "And I have been for a long time I-I just didn't know how or when to tell you."
I sat there for a minute then smiled, "I love you too, Natsu," I paused. "I actually feel the same way." I looked down at my feet then looked back at him.

About an hour later, after we had moved down the street we ended up at a fountain. We were holding hands still and he twirled me, catching my other hand.
I laughed, "What was that?"
"Would you...do you...uh...want to...dance?" He said looking at his feet. His hair was slightly swaying in the wind.
"Uhm, sure, I mean, I don't exactly know how," I answered, rocking back on my heels.

We danced. It was...well...it was beautiful. Even though we both terribly sucked at it, we both just laughed our way through it. He kept tripping and I kept stepping on his feet. It wasn't exactly what I would call a "waltz," but then again who knows.
It got pretty cold out so we went inside of a theater. I don't know what was playing, but we sat down anyway. Before I knew it, he kissed me. Straight on the lips. I mean, score me. I didn't know what to do, but I kissed him back. It was soft, memorable kiss, not a full on make-out session.
We broke off and we stared into each other's eyes. There weren't words. Just the background noise of the movie, beginning to blur out of my ears.
The only words I could hear were my own.
"I love you."
