I think I'm in love with him. Wait. I am. He's in my head 24/7. When I'm working a job with him, I can't help but watch his movements. He's so powerful, but he moves with a lot of grace. I just....

"Lucy?" I snap back into reality away from my day dreams of Natsu. Ezra was waving her hand in front of my face. "Lucy, pull your self together."

"Sorry Erza. It won't happen again." I said gripping reality by the edges.

"Mhm, that's what you said the last time."

I tried to recount the last time, but I couldn't. Was it yesterday? Last night? This morning? Probably all of the above. What can I say, I don't know what else to think about. Well, I would like to know if I'm on his mind as much as he's on mine. Probably not.

"Get dressed Lucy. We have to work today," Erza said as she crossed the room.

I groaned. I didn't want to get up. I had finally gotten comfortable in my bed. I didn't want Erza to forcibly get me out of bed so I slowly made my way to get ready for the long day ahead of me.

When we got to the guild house, it is was strangely quiet. Erza and I found Grey and asked him what was up.

"What do you think? Hot head and his cat aren't here." He said in a irritated tone. "I knew that the second I stepped in the building." Come to think of it, it was as quite as a graveyard in there.

"Where do you think they are?" I asked deeply.

"I have no idea, Lucy. I thought you would know the answer to that."

I stood there for a moment in dead silence. Do I know of any places he could be?

------------------

It has been days since anyone in the city has heard of or seen Natsu. In all of those days, my head has been reeling with questions on his whereabouts.

A the guild we sat in silence. The only words we said were to ask Mirajane questions on jobs or to ask for food and drinks. We couldn't go broke so we had to complete jobs. They were harder and a lot less fun without Natsu.

Going back home after work sucked too. Natsu and Happy would always beat Erza and I there and they would try to scare us by jumping out from behind the door.

"Are you okay?" Erza whispered. We were laying in our beds and it was pitch black. The only other sounds in the room was our breaths.

"I'm fine." I mustered.

"Are you lying?"

I paused. I could feel the hot salty tears rolling downs my cheeks. "Ye-"

I didn't even finish my one word answer when I felt Erza slide into my bed and lace her fingers in mine.

"I'm right here," Erza whispered.
