Esprit was asleep in his masters bed, curled up under the covers happily. Jasper was in a meeting with the council for some reason or another.

But, that's not where we're focusing, no, we're going back to our original protagonists, Fallacy and Encre, who were currently on their way to another kingdom for their duties.

Once they arrived at the Queens palace Fallacy climbed out of the car and helped his wife out as well. They were escorted inside by one of the butlers, "Queen Ange will be just a moment." They said before scurrying off. Fallacy and Encre waited a few moments before Ange came with a wolf who looked Jasper's age trailing behind her. He was wearing Princess Amelia's cloak, the poor child.

Fallacy felt sympathy twang his heart. The wolf saw Fallacy, anger boiled inside him.

He's the reason she's gone, Croc. The DarkHearts are the reason you lost her. Kill his son and you avenge her. Its their fault. Their fault... Their fault... Their fault....... Their... Fault....

Croc gripped the cloak around his shoulders tighter, it'd been three years. He should be over it! But he wasn't, Amelia was all the had.

He dropped to his knees, he just wanted her back, to hold her, lay next to her. Her sent still lingerie in her room, sometimes he'd go in there and curl up on her bed, lay under the covers and breath in her intoxicating scent.

Why did she have to go? Croc felt strong arms wrap around him. He was confused, until he realized King Fallacy had pulled him into an embrace, "I know how much it hurts to loose your lover. But, you must move on one day, Croc. I understand no one could ever replace her, but, dwelling on her won't do her spirit good, she can't move on until you do."  Croc just broke down crying, sobbing like a newborn baby. Soon his grief overwhelmed his small body and he fell asleep.

Fallacy sighed and picked him up, "I'll make sure to help him. He won't be like this when we bring him back." Ange nodded, suddenly Princess Toria came running ((Toots)), "You're taking Croc!?" She shrieked, Fallacy nodded and pet her head, "We're gonna make sure he's not so depressed anymore. Dont worry, he'll be back before you know it!" He chirped. The princess nodded and grabbed onto the waist of her mothers gown. "Take good care of him, Fallacy. He's a beloved part of our family." Ange ordered. "Well, I know how that feels."

After that Fallacy and Encre got back in their carriage with Croc and went back to the castle. Immediately Cerf came running up with Plume next to him. "Who's this?" Plume asked, Cerf clung onto his side with the same curious expression, "This, is Croc. he'll be staying with us for awhile." Fallacy replied, the two boys nodded and rushed off.

Now, let's switch our main video back to Esprit. He was sitting in the imfurmery, Suave working on making a rough mold for a prosthetic, though prosthetics don't completely mimic a leg and are really just there so he can stand on his own, he still wanted one to be able to run and prank like he did before his kidnapping. After Suave had gotten the pro type to stay on his stub of a leg he ordered Esprit to stand up and test it out. And so, Esprit did, he walked a little bit and bit his lip, "It's a little too small on the back." He stated, Suave nodded and sit Esprit back down before getting to work on fixing the issue. After tidius hours of trial and error the prosthetic finally worked properly. Esprit was a ball of energy for the next few minutes, jumping on shelves and cabinets, rolling on the floor. And just acting like a hyperactive child. But once he wore his energy down he gave Suave a huge hug, his nub of a tail Waving frantically. "Thank you thank you thank you!" He gave a michevious chuckle and rushed out of the room, probably to cause trouble.

"God that kids gonna need seriously therapy." Suave mumbled, it hurt his heartvto look at what had happened to Esprit. He couldn't imagine what is like to live threw all that torture.

Jasper quickly met Esprit and picked him up, "Nope! You're coming with me to a meeting!" He chirped, throwing the crippled wolf over his shoulder. Esprit laughed and nuzzles his nose into the back of Jaspers ribcage, wrapping his arms around his torso, "Alright." He huffed sarcastically, he really missed Jasper. And he's not planning on letting him go again soon.
