Ross had murder in his eyes, that's for sure. His knife was literally glowing, and he was pissed.

It served X right, in my opinion at least. Nobody lies to Ross, especially when it came to friends that Ross cared about. And from there, the battle began.

X waved an arm, and Max charged Ross. Ross turned on his heel to the left, and aimed for Max's neck. Ross then socked Max in the gut, and Max returned the favor only 10 times harder since his magic was normally in his fists. Ross grunted, and ran at him again, doing quick snake-like maneuvers this time around. When Max came to punch Ross, Ross ducked, and rolled under Max, slicing right on his underside. Max visibly winced, and even X had to realize that Max was probably going to lose. So X got creative. While Ross and Max were fighting, they charged us. More specifically, they charged Red.

Red shoved Shelby to the side, and quickly sliced downwards, grazing X's arm in the process. Shelby winced.

"Red... Please don't..."

She said, sadness in her tone.

"Wait your turn, Pacifist."

X said, and charged Red, who spun into the air, and threw knives down onto X, who deflected them all, before jumping after Red.

"Red..."

Shelby said, tears beginning to fall.

"Hey. Shelbs. I'm going to need to tell you the truth. Sometimes, you can't stay Neutral, or Pacifist forever. There are times where your going to need to fight, and theirs nothing you can do about it."

Cory grabbed Shelby's shoulders.

"So please... Don't cry. This is Red's fight. Besides, I'm going to need your help with something."

Cory said, lightly glowing Purple. Barney scoffed.

"Canz you twoz stops makingz outz nows?"

Barney asked, his accent overruling his tone. I nodded.

"Yeah... OK. Barney, you and I are helping Ross. Shelby, Cory, help Red."

I got a chorus of "Rights", and "Got its" from my fellow souls, before we ran off to do our jobs. A spinning blade appeared in my hand, but a light blue wall appeared first. Ross smirked, before running after Max, who was currently in the air. The message was clear.

"He's mine."

So Barney and I turned to Shelby, Cory, and Red, who seemed to be having a better time handling X. But one thing was crystal clear.

CORY AND SHELBY WERE HOLDING HANDS!

A purplish-Reddish glow enveloped them both. I'd only heard Shelby talk about it, but... I get to actually see it. Realization. The soul fusion. Realization jumped right on top of X, with a grunt that was a mix of Shelby and Cory's voices. X was thrown to the ground. Max had a knife up to his throat. Things were going well right until... X played their trump card.

"I told you. I wasn't going to let you win."

With a wave of his hand, Max vanished from sight. But so did just about everything else.

"I've won. This world... IS MINE!"

X started to laugh evilly. We looked panicked, except for Ross, who had a "Are you kidding me" face on. Realization split apart in shock, mostly from Shelby.

"We... lost?"

She asked, pain in her voice. Cory gritted his teeth and clenched his fists. With one move, he moved his hand up to his face, and tore off the camera mask.

"I'm going to need to see better if I wanna win this one."

The blonde haired boy with the glasses stood in front of us, a glare overriding his facial features. We all gasped.

"Cory..."

"You have a face?"

Ross said, smirking. Cory scoffed.

"It's prettier than yours, that's for sure."

"BURN!"

Red yelled. Cory smirked, before pulling out his notebook. X pulled out OVERWRITE.

"Shall we go round two then?"

Cory asked. X grinned.

"I got something better. How about a trip down memory's deadly lane?"

They said, pressing the button. Blackness swirled throughout what was left of Snowdin. At the epicenter, was Boss Number 2.

"Is that?"

Shelby gasped. Cory placed his hand on her shoulder while she was on her knees. Barney growled. Red and I gasped.

"...Jin?"

1. Realization was in the CORBY oneshot. Check out the ask/dare book to read it.

2. I just love bringing back dead characters don't I? Don't worry, I'll try to make Jin more threatening this time around. Soul of Hate ain't gonna cut it here.

3. I don't have a three.
