•Renee's POV•

"Um what was that.?" I ask Cameron Dallas, another one of Hayes' friends. He shrugs.

I search for Liza for advice. "Aye.! Hayes and Matt were wrestling and I walked up to them and they ran off. What was that about.?"

"I don't know" Liza says. She seems as confused as me. "Well, will you help me look for them.?" "Uh sure."

I walk into math and I see Hayes in his seat "Hayes.! What was that at lunch.??" I yell without noticing how loud I am. The whole class turns silent.

"RENEE.!! TAKE YOUR SEAT.!!" yells Ms. Reyes.

I sit down frustrated.

As she is yelling in my face I look into her big brown eyes and I see the stars. I almost can't see anything but her.

But I know I can never tell her how I really feel.
