The two woke up rather early in the morning, ready to head back to the Mayor's capital building. Running into a few of her friends that took up residence in Crocus, she stopped to talk with them for a few minutes, Cobra silently standing off to the side as he watched her interact with people who's names didn't matter to the man. With a wave goodbye and a promise to meet up soon, they were back on their way to the city center. Knocking once again on the door, Lucy and Cobra waited patiently for them to be let in to turn in the profit and gather the reward.
The same maid from the day before had let them in, leading them once again to the lounge where they waited for the Mayor to walk back in. Lucy summoned Virgo out to hand over the plants to the man and retrieved the payment, a couple thousand jewel which she handed right over to Cobra and pocketed her key without looking at it. She wanted it to be a surprise when she called them out at the park.
Reaching the rather empty park, Lucy took her key out of her pocket and brushed her hand over the black metal. The head of the key was that of a dragon. Squealing in excitement, Lucy pushed magic into the key calling upon the spirit.
"I am linked to the path to the world of Celestial Spirits, now! O spirit, answer my call and pass through the gate! Open, gate of the dragon, Dragonis!" Lucy felt the swell of her magic in the air around her, thick and heavy.
Cobra watched stunned as a bright light nearly blinded him. The sound of a ferocious roar met his ears and he almost fell flat on his ass as a dragon twice as large as any building he had ever seen fly out of a golden door behind him. The large being practically excreted power, with his large hulking form and his deep blue scales flecked with gold shining under the sunlight. Lucy smiled up at the spirit, her hands clasped in front of her as she took in the wonder of the strongest spirit to exist.
"My my, what do we have here?" The dragon bent down, his large snout resting directly in front of the blonde as she practically vibrated in happiness.
"My name is Lucy Heartfilia and I was hoping that you would make a contract with me." The blonde grinned, her eyes shining with mirth as the dragon blew air into her face.
"For you Princess? Of course. You are quite popular in the Spirit Realm and I was hoping you would be able to find my key sooner or later." The dragon rumbled as he spoke.
"That's wonderful! Now what times are you available?" Lucy inquired, pulling out a small notebook in her key pouch.
"I have only one key in this realm, so I am available any time you need me. I excel at spacial magic and time magic. Dragon slaying magic is also at my disposal, spacial dragon slaying magic to be exact." Dragonis purred, his reptilian eyes narrowing in on the girl as she leaned forward ever so slightly.
"Can you train me?" Lucy inquired with a tilt of her head.
"I can show you a few dragon slaying moves, as well as some spacial attacks. However for you to do that, you need to focus more on expanding your magical containers as well as your endurance and stamina. In fact, you need a training regiment that will equip you with more than just magical and physical advancements. How is your hand to hand combat skills, Princess?" The dragon spoke, his breath making the blonde shiver.
"Practically nonexistent. I mostly use my whip to defend myself." Lucy grumbled as an afterthought.
"Well that's just something we'll have to change as well then." The dragon gave the girl a smile before he bowed his head and disappeared in a flash of light again.
"I can't believe that just happened. How did you manage to get another elemental key so soon Starshine?" Cobra shook his head at the thought. "And a dragon at that!"
