Meeting up with her teammates for her mission, she handed the paper over to the two so they could go over it. Laxus hadn't really read it when he picked it up, only noticing the reward for it. Quite a lot of jewels and a gate key. Lucy had giggled at the flush that spread across his face when she confronted him about it. Lucy was just glad it had a lot of fighting involved. A dark guild was terrorizing Oak Town, which was also a plus, she hadn't been there in awhile and was ecstatic to see the mayor once more.

Laxus and Gajeel raised a brow at the hyper blonde as they boarded the train. Sitting down in a private booth, they waited for the train to take off out of the station. With the blowing of the whistle, the train was moving. Lucy immediately went green, Gajeel soon following behind. Laxus fought back the urge and placed his headphones over his ears to block out the uncomfortable rolling of his stomach. Lucy had flopped onto the ground beneath him, her hand covering both her mouth and her stomach. Her single eye was squeezed shut from pain while her head spun.

"Gods why did I think this was a good idea?!" Lucy cursed, her stomach rolling as she attempted to sit up, to no avail.

Their train door suddenly opened and in came two other sickly looking slayers. Their sudden appearance had Lucy pausing in her sorrow.

"What are- errp! You two doing here?" Lucy burped, watching as they plopped down onto the chair in front of them.

"Mission." Was the dark haired mage's curt reply before his eyes rolled into the back of his head and he passed out.

The blond wasn't so lucky. His face was an even deeper shade of green than Lucy's was. His eyes were screwed shut tightly and his hands were clenched into fists. Lucy hesitantly stood up, ignoring the way her stomach protested against it and sat down in between the Dragon slaying duo. She pulled the blond down into her lap, ignoring the protests of the blond before she began to comb her fingers through his hair.

Sting fought back the purr that rumbled deep within his chest, the rolling of his stomach settling down as he turned to face the blonde who was helping him. He knew of her of course. Especially with Yukino gushing about her all the time. He just wasn't expecting this. Her face was pale and slick with sweat, one of her eyes was sealed shut by a deep gash that intersected it. The scar was still pink and scabbing over, showing him that it was recent that this had occurred. He watched as she burped once more before her nostrils flared and she glanced down to where he was, her single eye taking in his form before it settled back onto his face.

He felt his skin grow warm under her scrutinizing gaze. It was like he was laid bare before her and he didn't like how it made him feel. Lucy must've realized that she had made the male uncomfortable for she looked away, muttering an apology before she stared out the window and into the slowly encroaching darkness.

They all at some point fell asleep and were all awoken by the sound of the train's whistle blowing. The conductor announced their arrival at Oak Town and they all rushed to get off the train. Lucy felt tears prick her eye when she stepped onto solid ground once more and her stomach stopped rolling. Shaking her head, she turned to face her company. Sting and Rogue were talking amongst themselves quietly, Laxus still had his soundpods in and Gajeel was grumbling under his breath about something Lucy didn't catch.

Clapping her hands to gain their attention, she waited until their eyes were on her.

"Since we are here so late, I suggest we go find a hotel to check into and crash for the night. We will all meet with the mayor tomorrow." Lucy made sure everyone was on terms with her idea before she led the way to her favorite hotel in town.
