Time Changes Everything

Hell's Angels

   The two woke early, showering and grabbing a bite to eat before they scoured the shops for keys. She managed to find quite a few new silver keys that she didn't already own, including the Jungle Cat Miguel who is much like Plue, a companion of sorts, the winged horse, Pegasus, and the bear Baloo. She easily called them out and formed contracts with them all, excited that she could add even more friends to her growing family. Wanting some more company with them while they were making their way to the docks, she summoned out Viper. 

   The large reptile immediately wrapped himself around her neck and settled down there, the air rather crisp today. The blonde cooed to the spirit, letting him slither down into her jacket to keep warm. Bickslow watched as the blonde hummed to herself, her hand absentmindedly scratching at her spirit's head that stuck out from the opening of her hoodie. He smiled inwardly at the sight immediately reminded of his babies which he kept at home so he wouldn't lose one of them accidentally. Puppu liked to wander off. 

   Boarding the boat was easy and they found themselves once again in a small cabin with an adjoined bathroom. Lucy instantly took up residence in there, claiming that she had gotten dirty from the day's activities. The seith mage just shook his head as the slayer/celestial mage disappeared behind the wooden door. Her lilting voice echoed out from behind it as she continued to hum to herself and chat with her spirit as she turned on the water. 

   "You're shedding Viper, here you can shower with me. I can't even begin to believe how uncomfortable you are right now." Lucy giggled as she got a soft hiss in response. 

   Bickslow reclined back on the small bunk beds that were too small for him as he drifted off to the gentle humming coming from the bathroom. He fell asleep easily, their day having been rather long. He was glad he had tagged along with the blonde, pleased that he had gotten to stop by his dad's place and reconnect with them after so long. That and Lucy was a peach. He understands now why everyone views her as a gift, the blonde was too sweet for her own good. 

   The boat ride home had gone by rather fast, despite it being a few days long and they found themselves back in the guild in no time. Laxus had immediately swooped his sister up into his arms, glaring at the seith mage as he scanned his sister over for any wounds or blemishes. Lucy just flushed red when he scented her, muttering under his breath about males and their hormones. Lucy grumbled the longer he held her in place, placing a hand on his face when Laxus got too close to her for comfort. 

   "Alright big guy, go and play with your team and leave me out of this. Bickslow was a gentleman on the entire trip. I got to meet his family though and I have to say he's got some hot brothers." The blonde teased both males, watching and Laxus froze and Bickslow paled ever so slightly. 

   "Vander didn't touch her right Bicks? I wouldn't want to hurt the poor man anymore than his conquests do." Laxus growled, his deep gray-blue eyes flashing over to the man in question.

   "Oh Gods no, Vander was on his best behavior, isn't that right Cheerleader? Didn't my brother's treat you well?" Bickslow squeaked as Lucy's eyebrow lifted in question before a Cheshire cat grin spread across her face. 

   "Oh they treated me well alright. Vander is rather...skilled when it comes to hosting. Criss isn't so bad either once you break past that rugged exterior. And his fangs...oh Gods I swear they can make you see stars." The blonde moaned softly, watching with glee as Bickslow only paled further before Laxus' deep rumbling voice roared. 

   "You let both of them have their way with her? You've gotta be kidding me! I expect this from Vander but Cristoff as well?" Laxus hauled the mage up towards his face, his eyes narrowed in anger. 

   "You are no longer allowed to go on any missions with my sister by yourselves you got that? I will accompany you two everywhere you go." The large blond hissed into Bickslow's ghostly white face, watching in satisfaction as the seith mage passed out.
