Chapter 4

~Kiba's pov~

No matter how hard I try I can't get those images out of my head, They just keep playing in my head...When she stopped the guy from killing me, that look in her eyes, they way she didn't even yelp when she stopped the kunai with her hand....the blood dripping from her hand, then she said "I won't let you hurt my teammate." she still saved my life even after those terrible things I said.... then when she got stabbed right through the chest, and feeling her blood drip on my face and jacket...then when he started twisting it sideways in her chest...pushing back her body.....then when I though I was really going to die she threw a kunai at his hand and saved me again....he threw a kunai at her head and it Grazed her head making blood trickle down her face....that look in her eye.....the when she took the sword out of her chest.....and shoved it into his head..... and pulling it out wiping his blood on her shirt...... I sat there waiting for some one to wake up. I was the only one who was able to stay awake..... My mother and sister came in, mom said "Kiba what happened?!" I said shook my head and closed my eyes. Hana said "Kiba tell us what happened to you....and Kuki...." I looked at them and said "Kuki saved everyone's life, and saved mine twice....." I paused and said "But she may die.... after doing so...." they looked at me I said "she got a kunai stabbed straight through her left hand, a Kanata stabbed straight through her chest and the guys twisted it side ways, and then a kunai cut her head....." there eyes widen I said "She killed 4 of the five rouge ninja by her self while I kill one.....and after all that she summoned her pack of hyenas and sent half of them away with the client to complete the mission and the last five remaining hyenas she had 3 carry our Sensie Hinata and Shino, another on carry me and the dogs and the last one carry our supplies, she walked for hours with her injuries still bleeding, then the rest of her pack came and one stay behind to carry her while the other poofed away and we ran the rest of the way here...and now she could die and it's my fault....." mom came over to me and hugged me she said "It's not you fault...." I said "And I said Horrible thing to her right before we got ambushed and she still gave her life for me...." Hana asked "What did you say?" I said "Bad stuff about her family.....then I got slapped really hard and she told everything about how her family is dead and her sister killed them...." mom said "Kiba...when she better just say your sorry...." I sighed and said "But she hate me....i Actually made her cry...." Hana sighed and said "if she hates you, it's gonna be your job to get her to like you." I sighed and said said "The only reason I said those things is because I was mad at her....." mom asked "Why were you mad at her?" I said "The guy we were escorting was around our age, and he kept flirting with her and he made her laugh an giggled..." Hana and mom chuckled, mom said "Kiba that's called being jealous, you like her or maybe even love her." I thought and realized....Oh.My.Gosh!!! how could I be so stupid!!! I sighed and said "It doesn't matter if I do or not she hates me now...." I looked at my feet mom said "Well make it your mission to get her." I sighed then the nurse came out and said "Kurenai, Shino, an Hinata are wake now." we got up and we to their room Hinata asked frantically "W-where's Kuki!!??" I looked at my feet and said "She's in the Critical care room...." Hinata started cry, Kurenai asked "what happened?" After I explain exactly what happened they all went wide eyed, Hinata cried even more, Kurenai said "She....did.....that?" I nodded and said "It's my fault she's like this...if I would have helped she won't have gotten it that bad....."Shino said "Kiba stop blaming yourself it's not your fault, she new that she was risking her life for us...and for you." I sighed and walked out to the waiting room by the room Kuki was in... And waited for hours and hours. Finally the doctor came out and I stood up he turned to me and said "Well it wasn't easy but we got her to heal enough to where she was stable, but she is not going to wake up for a while, her chakra leave was at zero and her energy is completely drained, honestly I don't even know how she made it the gates, she should be dead...but she be fine....." I nodded he said "You can go into her room for now..." I nodded and walked into her room to see her all bandaged up. I walked up to her and just that down by her side and began waiting.....
