There is a dinner at that Conner we can go there and talk, by the way, what are we going to talk about? She asked as we are a bit far from Jack.
Remember yesterday I told you I got a scholarship to Harvard University, I started telling her. My aunt refused for me to go she wants me working with her.
She was quite for a while then said, and you just accepted like that? No no no we are going right now and tell her that you my dear sister are going to university, let's go.

Lizy l tried to call her but she refused to listen until I shouted her full name which we don't do unless we want to show how bad angry we are. So she stopped and looked at me. What? Don't tell me you are going to let her do that to you. When I told my father about your scholarship he said that he will provide anything you want, please don't let your aunt kill your dreams. I looked at her and didn't know what to say.

Lizy you are right my aunt is killing my dreams by asking me to work but she is the only blood relative I have what will l do without her, she did everything she could to help me when l was young it's my turn to work and help her, maybe when l work she can get time for herself and get a husband. She's never got married because of me you know the story so for how long will she be like that.I want to see her smile please lizy understand and tell your dad that am very grateful for the offer. In a way she knew l was right so although she was not happy she just smiled. We spent the rest of the day together with Jack and it was the best day of my life.

In the evening l went back home, my aunt was already there waiting for me. I greated her to my surprise she wasn't alone the guy from earlier was with her.
Where are you from? She asked.
I went with Jack for a walk since his shift was over on the way I met lizy and spent the rest of the day together, l told her with shaking hands because of the way that guy was looking at me.
SIT! My aunt ordered, I sat down and didn't say anything.

She is the one I was telling you if you like her l can tell her everything or yo... My aunt was cut short by the man and said, I will do the talking.
He came infront of me touched my hair, I was trembling I didn't know what was going on, then l hear..... She's perfect the wedding is after tomorrow, someone will come here tomorrow pick her for shopping and make over.
OMG did I hear that? Is my aunt insane? Me getting married? For God sake l just turned 20 years 3 days ago why is she doing this to me.
I don't know when the guy left I had my aunt saying that she will be rich, goodbye poverty then everything came clear now.
My aunt just sold me so that she can be rich, that guy must have offered her a lot but why I was going to work hard and give her the good life she deserve,but no she went for short cut. Marry my niece to someone rich then will get the life l want.

I was lost in thoughts that I didn't realize time had passed,it was already Midnight I slept thinking that after tomorrow am someone's wife.
