We walked into the building, to be met with a pink-hued figure that looked a bit like Alpha. Honestly, why is psionic energy mainly pink? It makes everything in this plain look like it's Valentines Day.

"I'm going to lose I'm going to lose but I can't lose oh fück this shït." Alpha was mumbling to himself as his self on the psychic plain read a book. Shelves and shelves of books surrounded him, and a pile of books was magically put on another shelf as he read.

"This is what Alpha is thinking. His consciousness is thinking about how he is going to lose but he can't, while it records whatever is going on in the physical world." I explained, and watched as Alpha picked up another book from a shelf. "Now his consciousness is looking back on memories. Books that are harder to reach are memories that he doesn't really remember, while things that are obvious and in the long-term memory like not to touch fire is on the big projector over there."

"I can't hear him." Adrian said, looking at Alpha's moving lips. "How can you hear him?"

"Because I am a psychic who can read minds. You, however, are a psychic who can just change what the mind sees. Try changing one of the books."

"What is this, kindergarten?" He mumbled, annoyed, and moved to grab one of the books, and after creating a pen with psionic energy (he was learning fast for that), he began to scribble and cross out words. "Woah, this is some interesting shït. I didn't know that-"

I watched in amusement as psychic-Alpha (I honestly didn't know what to call our apparitions in the psychic plain so I'm just going to call them psychic-bla bla bla) realized Adrian was scribbling through his memories and got to his feet, and punched Adrian square in the face.

Adrian flew backward into the wall, and I stifled a laugh. "What the fück! How can he hit me?"

"Some people do have a slight bit of mental strength, so you'll require a bit more concentration to change things around in there," I said with a wide grin. My hands fidgeting with the edge of my shirt, I made the walls of the library transparent and located Adrian's own library across the street.

Perfect.

As sneakily as possible, I took a book from Adrian's memories and began reading it out loud. "Oh, look at this! I never knew you had a picture of you in kindergarten hung up at home! Look at you, you look exactly the same as now but with less grouchiness! A shame that I'll probably never go to your house, since I'm a girl and all. Oh, and what is this?"

"Give that back!" He lunged at me, a blade in his hand, and I playfully rolled under his sword and kicked him square in the back with my heels. "I'm serious, Jadie!"

"Oh, and what about this? You came to our school in Year 2, yes I knew that, and you-" I was cut off as he began throwing daggers at me, and I disintegrated them before they damaged Alpha's library. "Dude, careful! You might accidentally destroy all his memories!"

"Get back here! How are you fighting me?"

"Battle in the strength of our minds. My capabilities in the psychic plain are equivalent to my psychic potential, and so are yours. So even if you are a terrible fighter in real life, here, you are as skilled as you would be with your psychic abilities." I explained, before jumping gracefully over his head and out the door. "Toodles! Let's see what else I can find in here..."

"Fück you, Jadie!" He yelled at me, jumping after me as I pranced over rooftops.

"Oh, so now you want to fück me?" I gave him a sly wink. "Make up your mind, sweetie. Oh, you become flustered and feel embarrassed when I give you sarcastic remarks that relate to love and hate! This is useful. Oh, and you only have o-"
