Takashie's POV
I finally found a page that said to wake her up calmly and reassure her. I need to comfort her? Ok?

She scream a loud high pitched scream. It made me jump and I acted immediately. I calmly shook her shoulders and gently called her name. I saw her eyes quickly widen, she looked so scared...what on earth happened in her nightmare...?

"Silver..It's going to be ok" I started shy, but I knew I needed to be confident and calm to reassure her. "It was just a nightmare and your safe now. I'm with you and won't let anyone hurt you." I blushed at my own words. Slightly wishing I hadn't said it then changing my mind when I saw her relaxing. "....I...Im so sorry...." she whispered. "I....I'm......" she looked terrified that I was going to hurt her because of her nightmare. "Shh it's ok now" I pulled her shoulders up and into my arms for a hug. She just trembled and held on to me tightly. It seems like she hasn't had a hug in years.

I herd her sniff in my chest and hold even tighter. "Don't worry, crying is good for you. Just let it all out." I said. She then started sobbing on me. I didn't mind. She looked so helpless and breakable. Her breathing was so small and unnatural.  Now I really want to know what happened in her dream. But I'll hold off a bit longer.

Silver's POV
What am I thinking letting him see me like this. But, when he hugged me I couldn't hold back my waterfall of tears anymore. I was scared he would think I'm disgusting...or worthless...or weak. But he just held me there and I just wanted him closer and closer. Right now Wihu could not hurt me. I was safe and I knew it. Was it this human, that made my heart skip a beat, who chased him away...? But when I was holding his hand Wihu still came. But only when I fell asleep. Maybe Wihu's weakness is when a human helps me.

A sparkle of hope ran through me and my tears slowly began to stop. "...thank you.." I was able to whisper out. "No need to thank me. It's what every one should do. But, your welcome nonetheless." He calmly told me. I started loosening my grip on his stomach and he sat back down in his chair still holding my hand. I was so grateful to have him here. But it seems he has never know the cruelty of the world. He's the only person who has every truly helped me.

I feel back asleep, this time I was confident when Wihu showed up. "What are you thinking girl." He spat out. "I don't think you should trust this human it's sketchy and you could hurt us both." "I apologize Wihu for causing you stress. However I believe that this boy can and will help not only me but you too. We're stuck together so I might as well be on good terms..right?" I stated adding a gentle bow for respect hoping to get him on my side and to stop hurting me. "Girl, if I wanted to be on good terms with you I would not torment you. Yes it is true that we are stuck together. And I am stuck with a weak little girl like you. God made a mistake when he thought we would be a match." He stated and slowly walked away into the darkness. Well that sucks. My demon hates me. I can't exactly do anything about it yet. I will continue to try and get him to stop this. It's all I can do.

Then I laid down in the darkness. I curled my knees to my chest to hold in any mental warmth. I was laying sideways and let a single tear drip down the side of my cheek. Then I fell asleep.

Takashie's POV
It was finally morning. Silver was still asleep and I watched her cuteness for a bit. I can't get over how adorable this sleepy girl is. I couldn't resist and I snapped a picture of her and saved it to my phone.

One of the main nurses nocked on the door then walked in. "Good morning Mr. Hagori." She strictly said. "Oh it's only Takashie. And good morning!" I warmly smiled at her a little surprised that she used my last name. "Very well Takashie." She said looking at Silver and walked over to the machine checking her heart. "She seems like she is doing better. Has she woken up yet?" She questioned eyeing me. "Yes, twice actually. But the first was for about a minute and the second was about 5 minuets. Yes I do think she is getting better as well." I tried to match her mature tone while being friendly. "Very good. Please call me in the as she wakes up next. We have to ask her a few questions and make sure she is ok." She stated and took her leave from the room. She's right, but I myself have some questions for her first.

Silver's POV
I opened my eyes slowly hoping that Takashie was still there. He was. Thank the lord. I yawned slowly instantly regretting it. Because my yawn is an annoying squeak. High pitched and strange. "Good morning sleepy head" Takashie giggled. "Hmm morning..?" I replied back a bit confused by his laughter.

"I hate to break the happy mood, I wanted to ask you a few questions..if that's ok!!!"

"Well of course...I owe you my life...ask me anything.."

"Well there's no use beating around the bush I'll get straight to it."

"Ok...?"

"Why were you outside? It's dangerous out there and not only that you were on hunting land...?"

"Oh...well I wasn't aware it was hunting land, but I was chased out there by a bunch of children who were throwing things at me...I was lucky to get away from them, with only a few bruises and cuts.."

"You must live such a rough life...don't you...?"

"...yes.."

"Where is your family..?"

"I don't know...they kicked me out about 3 days after the virus hit me..."

"I'm so sorry...we're are you living..?"

"In the forest....I sleep in a tree...."

"That's no good. From now on you are going to come stay with me. And I...I have one more question..." I was surprised by his offer. So I just sat there and nodded. Hoping he would continue without asking me to speak. If I did my voice would crack and I would be a sobbing mess again.

"What was your nightmare about...? I mean it must be really bad so you don't have to answer but...I want to help you.."

"I.....it.....it wasn't a nightmare.....it was real." I started slow and made sure to force the tears back. "All people infected with the virus...have their souls intertwined with a animal spirit...mine is a silver fox. One of the good ones......except....he doesn't exactly like me...."

"You mean you talk to it?? And why doesn't he like you???" He looked awfully confused

"He wanted a human who matched his strength and knowledge....but he ended up getting a weak...little girl....I'm not strong and I'm not very wise in his way at all....the only reason we matched was because I lied.....I was a big lier in my previous life..." my voice started to hinder a bit after admitting that.

"What did you lie about?" He questioned a little shocked.

"I was bullied at school...I started to become distant and shy...my family wanted to know why and I said that it was because I was growing up.....I didn't want to hurt them....I didn't want them to know I was weak..."

Takashie just gawked...maybe he thought I was pathetic now.....
