"Where to next exactly?" Watinie muttered from behind me.
"Well to Otone's!" I squealed happily.
"I don't think I've meet this 'Otone' friend of yours"
"Well of course you have silly! Your the one who introduced me to him!" I said still happy that I was going to see him again. I missed the little boy.
"What do you mean?"
"Ya know that little boy that you asked me to eat?"
"Jezz!! You asked her to eat a child!?!?" Askie yelled.
"Yaaaaa lets not talk about it!" I added. "But after— stuff...happened...? We got really close!"
"Alright then. In all honesty I don't think I should go anywhere near him Shinata." Watinie said seriously, catching my attention.
I stopped and looked at him. He seemed distant. Like he wasn't completely there.
"It doesn't matter. If you come in or don't. I don't want you to worry about that. This time is a time of being happy, it's a time for us to just be together. It doesn't matter who. So, come, don't come. It really doesn't matter, as long as you personally can come out of the end of the week with no regrets."
"Shinata........that was deep." He chuckled. "*sigh* well. What type of wolf would I be if I didn't stay with my pack. If anyone is going to protect you two right now, it's me. I'll come in."
Me and Askie stared at him with sparkly eyes. Once he noticed, he took a step back surprised and confused at our expressions. Me and Askie took a step forward towards him simultaneously.
"We're your pack!!!!" We screamed happily.
He recoiled, face flushing red.
"SHUT UP! I-I TAKE IT BACK!!!" He screamed in denial.
"Admit it~ you love us~ say it~~ embrace it~~~" I cooed.
"Y-ya! C-confess your wolf love to us..!" Askie added a bit more hesitantly.
"It's like a cliche anime confession!!~~ Watinie did you write us a love note too?~"
"NO! God you guys fucking suck!"
"I D-Do not S-Suck!!" Askie yelped.
"Ya!! Watch your language Watinie!! Suck is a no no word you fucking twat." I yelled angrily as the three of us continued walking.
"Shinata! Language!! Think of the readers!" Askie said.
"Readers??" Me and Watinie questioned in unison.
"Readers! You know those kids over there in the forest reading!" He pointed towards a group of 7 kids with books in their hands. "Their staring. They probably heard you two!!"
"God fucking shit balls. Sorry kids! That was my fucking bad!" Watinie called over to them.
I elbowed him playfully watching the children scream at us for using bad words.
"I'm so sorry!" I apologized to the group as we passed by them.
"Watinie! You dumb ass! Don't swear in front of readers!! Some of them are really sensitive." I whined.
"I'm sorry I'm sorry! I couldn't help it." He smiled letting his sharp fangs out.
As we started nearing Otone's house I could feel Watinie's unease. The tension only grew as Otone's village could be seen through the thick dark forest. Sudden I heard a low growl erupt from Watinie's throat. I glared at him thinking he was joking until I started hearing more growling. Growling that wasn't caused by Watinie.
