Chapter 23

Louis POV ~

"Lou! Where you going bud?" Liam called coming round the corner with Eleanor and Harry following.

"Just got to nip somewhere I'll be back later." I called back quickly making it out the house to my car, Kasey asked for me to be there no one else, I didn't want to take the boys with me or Eleanor just in case it upset here that I wasn't alone.

I started my engine up and sped of down the road towards the hospital, it was only a 10 minute drive from Liam's house.

Niall's POV ~

Why is there a strange girl in my hospital room? In fact why am I in hospital? Where are the rest of the boys? Harry, Louis, Liam.. Zayn? Where are they? I'm stuck here in a room with a girl who is most likely a crazy fan who snuck in and is about to rip me apart!

"Niall?" I was ripped out of my thoughts by the girls voice.

"What are you doing here? Is it a picture, autograph?" I didn't mean to sound rude but I just don't know what is going on I'm so confused.

"No... I don't want that." She cried, I felt horrible was I the reason she was crying? I sighed out of confusion and looked at the girl who was sitting in the chair crying, he head lowered to rest in her knees again and she shook from the sobs.

There was a knock at the door, as I looked up I saw Louis walk in, he looked at me and then looked at the girl in the chair. She snapped her head up and looked over at Louis and jumped up and ran into his arms crying into his chest.

"Kasey, what's wrong?" He asked her. So that's her name, it's very pretty for a pretty girl. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close kissing the top of her head. I felt a pang of something shoot through me, was it jealousy? No it can't be I don't even know the girl.

"Niall? What did you do!" He scolded me.

"What? I didn't do anything. I don't even know the girl!" I argued.

"He.. He lost his m-memory." She cried into him. What? I lost my memory? Then how come I remember the boys?

"I'm going to fetch a doctor and see when he can leave ok?" Louis asked her. She nodded and he left.

"Do you remember anything about me?" She asked suddenly breaking the silence.

"No sorry, I don't know who you are, there are literally thousands of fans sorry I don't remember you. Have you ever been to a concert? Sighing maybe?" I asked unsure of what to say.

"No. I haven't. I've known you all my life! How can you forget me... Out of everyone!" She yelled at me. After that it was silence.

Kasey's POV ~

Silence over took the room as we just waited for Louis to return, my eyes stung, my heart felt broken and I felt dizzy from all that's happened.

I felt like I could just pass out, Niall just sat with his legs over the side of the bed, staring at the floor. That should be me in the bed at least I wouldn't feel this way because I wouldn't know then... but Niall would feel this and I don't want him to.

The door opened and Louis walked in and wrapped me in his arms again.

"The doctor said you were fine to leave already, but you have to take it easy and rest for a few months and also we have to try and jog your memory or you might never get it back." Louis spoke tightening his grip on me as he said his last words.

"Kasey, wait in the waiting room I'm going to help Niall get all his stuff together." I nodded and left the room and sat in a spare chair in the waiting room.
