Chapter 2

The next days, our house became silent, like no ones around, my parents aren't talking nor facing each other. Ang tahimik na parang nasa cemetery ka. The day came for our first day of school, and still, our house stays in silence. When i go down to eat breakfast, i tried to came up with a conversation.

"Mom,dad,gagalingan ko po ung pag-aaral ko,and i'm going to make you both proud of me"

"Goodluck anak" mom said with a smile

"Dapat lang, at di muna syota,para walang problema" said dad, seems to striking mom

"Tama ang DADDY mo, para walang POPROBLEMAHIN anak"

"Mom,dad, nag-aaway nanaman po ba kayo?"

"No anak, your MOM just like RAISING her voice" dad said

"OK, i have to go, you guys continue your breakfast, bye mom!, bye dad!" i said, trying to escape from what their trying to come up with.

Hinatid na ko ng driver sa school at nagkita kami ni Rica sa cafeteria. She seems to be drinking her favorite breakfast, which is coffee, lagi kaseng nagpupuyat.

"Best!" Rica said, waving

"Hi Rica"

"Sabi na nga ba, di ka mag-iiba ng hairstyle, eh parang halos simula nung bata pa tayo, yan na lagi hairstyle mo ah!"

"Eh favorite ko to eh!"

"So let's go? tignan na natin ung section to where we are assigned!" said Rica excitedly

"Sige!"

We have a quick look at the big blackboard but it's just not the result that we are expecting. We are just surprised, dahil first time naming di magkaklase ni Rica.

"Best , pano toh?" i lonely said.

"OK lang yan best, may before class, recess, lunch at dismissal naman tayo para magchikahan! and look! OMG! best! kaklase ko si Karl! and look! ayiee,kaklase mo rin si Mike!"

"Sila ba yung kinukwento mong sikat na sikat sa school na to?alam mo, i'll be much more greatful kung tayo magkaklase, di ko naman crush yung Mike, pinagpalit mo na ata ako kay Karl eh!" i said, jelously

Di parin kami ni Rica mapakali sa schedule, She was blushing and being hoity-toity dahil kaklase niya si Karl habang ako, naiinis dahil di kami magkaklase. Nagkukulitan kami ni Rica at aksidenteng natapilok ako at sabay napadikit sa dibdib ng isang matangkad na lalaki.

"We'll guess who pare, first day of school! mukhang may nakabangga na agad sayo ah!" said ng guy na kasama niya

I look into the guy's face na nabangga ko, i was shocked dahil di ko ineexpect na si Mike pala iyon (according to Rica), di na ko nakaimik. Till the point na nagtagpo ang mga mata namin, then i get ashamed for what happened and there's awkward silence..till Rica talked.

"Hi Karl! i'm Rica"

"Yes babe? haha Hi!"

"Pasensya na kayo, kasalanan ko rin"

"Ahaha ok lang un Rica!, no prob! di ba Mikee?" Said Karl as he winked to Rica

"aakyat na ko, kung gusto mong makipaglandian sa mga babaeng yan, then stay" said Mike with a serious voice

"Ahahaha ano ka ba Mikee!, it's not bad to be friendly with this girls you know! ahaha sige Rica babe! see you later!"

I can't just stand na parang walang nangyare, i have to apologize, and so i stopped Mike from taking a step by holding the elbow part of his blazer, and so he stopped, sabay liko ng ulo niya at tumingin siya sa mga mata ko...

"I'm sorry"

He didn't say a word, he just stared at me seriously then pull off his elbow and continued walking. What the heck! i felt like some shit from saying sorry to a guy who doesn't know how to respond, di ko ineexpect na ganito siya, ung nasaktan ka sa ginawa ng taong di ka pa kilala tas ganun agad ung pinakita sayo..

"OMG bes! tinawag akong BABE ni Karl!" :'>

"Tumigil ka nga diyan!, nakita mo ng parang babaero ung lalaki tas gusto mo pa!"

"Yun nga eh, ang cute nya! di ba ang pogi rin ni Mike?!"

"Pogi? siguro oo, pero attitude? ZERO"

"Di mo pa nga kilala ung tao eh" said Rica

"Di ko na siya kelangang makilala, at isa pa, i hate him, to what he acted a while ago?huh!" i annoyingly said

"Ahaha get over it! let's  go! OMG! i'm so excited!" :'>

"Ewan ko sayo!"

Di ko talaga kaya to,bakit kelangang maging magkaklase kami? this is awful and totally awkward, after what happened? worst day of school, i wished Rica was here, but i guess she was enjoying herself being with that playboy Karl. Well i have no choice.
