Soo-ji could not sleep the entire night. She finally felt a sense of calm and relief to have Yoongi back.
Tossing and turning in her bed, her lips curved into a huge smile as she stared at the ceiling in front of her like an idiot.
Just a few hours ago, she was like a depressed corpse and now she was so happy.
That boy... he's going to be the death of me... She squealed into her pillow, rolling around her bed.
The next morning came and she got ready for school. She locked the front door of her house and stopped dead in her tracks when she realised Yoongi was leaning against his motorbike with his arms crossed against his chest, waiting for her.
She crept up to him slowly. "What are you doing?" She asked.
Yoongi looked around him awkwardly, avoiding her eyes. She could see he was trying to hide the smile forming at the corner of his lips.
He cleared his throat, "taking you to school." And he dropped the helmet into her hands unexpectedly before turning his back to her.
Soo-ji grinned.
"I can't believe you... Are you trying to be romantic?" She nudged his arm.
"Shut up."
Soo-ji burst into a loud laugh as she held her stomach.
"Yah! Do you want to walk instead?!" Yoongi exclaimed, his face turning as red as a tomato.
She straightened up and composed herself. She put her helmet on, still trying to stifle her laugh.
She sat behind him on the motorbike and Yoongi roared the engine to life.
"Hey," she called him softly.
He turned his head to look at her over his shoulder.
"Do you know that film, Titanic?"
"Erm..." Yoongi started, unsure where this was going. "Yeah?"
Soo-ji tightened her arms around his waist and leaned her lips close to his ear before whispering, "I'll never let go, Yoongi~"
Then, she dropped her head back, pissing herself laughing again.
"UGHHHHH. You're so dead, Choi Soo-ji!" He whipped his head to face forward again, his face could not get any redder as he tried to hide his embarrassment and kicked off his bike.
As Yoongi slowed the motorbike to a halt outside the school, they both got off and walked side by side towards the school gates. However, Soo-ji jumped a little when she felt his warm fingers intertwining with hers.
She let out a small gasp, jerking her hand back.
"Are you crazy?" She whispered quickly. "Everyone's gonna see us."
Yoongi blinked at her with a poker face.
"So?" He replied before tightly holding her hand in his again and pulling her along.
Yoongi bit his bottom lip and tried to hold back the little laugh escaping his mouth when he caught a glimpse of everyone's shocked faces.
"Holy mother of God..."
"Choi Soo-ji... AND MIN YOONGI?!"
"D-A-T-I-N-G?!"
From the corner of Soo-ji's eyes, she could see him was enjoying this way too much and she shook her head as a small smile escaped her lips too. They confidently walked through the crowd towards the school entrance, where his friends stood waiting.
