"So are you and that Soo-ji girl a thing now?" Hoseok asked Yoongi during lunch, waggling his eyebrows. They were all sitting round a picnic table outside in the courtyard.

Yoongi almost choked on his chicken. He looked at Hoseok horrified as if he had three heads or something.

"Yeah, that's what everyone's talking about these days, hyung." Jungkook piped in.

"Isn't she the girl we saved that night?" Jin asked. Namjoon and Jimin nodded.

Everyone leaned forward slightly, waiting for Yoongi's reply.

"Yah! Not you guys too. I already have Bora on my back every five seconds." He tutted.

They all sniggered at him.

"You did suggest to the entire class – well now the entire school – that you like her." Taehyung said.

He rolled his eyes. "She's just a classmate."

"Uhhhhh huhhhhhhh..." They all teased him.

"OPPA!" Bora squealed from behind them and Yoongi wanted to slam his head against the table.

"I'm telling you for the hunnnnndredth time, Miyoung... we're really not dating..." Soo-ji threw her head down at the cafeteria table.

"But you guys do seem close..." Miyoung muttered suspiciously.

Soo-ji gave up. She had explained to Miyoung and In-ah hundreds of times that she and Yoongi were not dating but they couldn't get it through their thick heads.

Suddenly, quick footsteps came running into the cafeteria and a boy announced, "SOME RIVAL KIDS ARE STARTING A FIGHT WITH BTS AT THE GATES!"

With that outburst, everyone ran outside.

There was a huge crowd at the gates and Soo-ji could only push to the middle of the crowd to see the commotion. She had to tip-toe to see above many heads.

Yoongi and BTS stood on one side and another group of boys stood on the other.

Soo-ji's breath caught in her throat when she recognised the rival kids were the boys who harassed her from that night.

Fuck. They know which school I go to since they saw my school uniform. She panicked.

"YAH! So you were the guys from the other night?!" One of them jeered, pointing a finger at BTS.

Taehyung yawned, "Who are they?" He asked the others.

Jin shrugged and Jungkook continued tapping on his phone without looking up once.

Hoseok stood in the middle, his eyes glaring deadly at them. "You're not welcome here."

Heon Woo let out an exasperated laugh, "you're right. We're not welcome here, but we're here to warn you to not fuck with us again."

Namjoon popped his lollipop out of his mouth, "wow, how confident. Don't you know who we are?"

Heon Woo spat on the ground. "Does it look like I give a fuck who you are?! We rule Daewon High School and if we want to fucking play with the girls in your school, we will!" He shouted.

Whispers broke out among everyone. Soo-ji felt her cheeks heat up.

"Hyung, can we get this over with now? I'm getting bored here." Jungkook said casually, still looking at his phone.

"FUCK YOU, YOU LITTLE SHIT!" Heon Woo shouted at Jungkook.

Jungkook stuffed his phone in his pocket and finally looked up, his eyes murderous.

"That girl..." Yoongi gritted through this teeth, "was not for you to play with."

"Ahhhh... so she was your little bitch huh?" Heon Woo sneered and his friends wailed in laughter.

Soo-ji wanted to dig a hole and bury herself right there.

But just then, everyone around her gasped, there was shouting and everyone started pushing. Apparently, Yoongi had launched a jaw crunching punch at Heon Woo.

"FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" Everyone chanted.

"GET THEM BTS, SHOW EM WHAT YOU'VE GOT!"

"FUCK OFF FROM OUR SCHOOL!"

After mere minutes, the fight seemed to have died down and Soo-ji saw the Daewon kids on the floor, BTS snickering at them. Yoongi, however, had his fists clenched around Heon Woo's collar, his face looked like he could murder him right then and there.

Soo-ji could see Yoongi was whispering something to Heon Woo's face out of everyone's earshot. She wondered what he was saying.

"You lowlifes have some fucking nerve," Yoongi's low voice growled and his knuckles were turning white from clenching so hard on Heon Woo's collar, "don't you know who I am? The name's Min Yoongi and if you want to live, then learn your place and never come near us... or her again."

"M-M-Min Y-Yoongi? FROM THE WHITE THORN GANG?!"

Soo-ji saw Heon Woo's face change in a split second and he looked ready to shit his pants.

Yoongi let go of his collar and the Daewon boys immediately ran off.

Everyone started cheering and slowly the crowd dispersed.

Soo-ji stood there and Yoongi turned around and caught her eye.

They stared at each other for what felt like the longest time. Then he rushed towards her before grabbing her wrist and pulling her away.

"What are you doing?!" She exclaimed.

He dragged her all the way to the school rooftop.

They were both facing the view in front of them, Soo-ji trying to catch her breath.

After a few minutes of silence, he turned towards her slightly, "Soo-ji ah-"

"Your lip! It's bleeding!" she cut him off. Her eyes were wide with worry.

Yoongi touched the corner of his lip and saw a little blood.

"Ahh that piece of shit," he muttered quietly under his breath. "I'm fine, don't worry." He reassured her, looking into her eyes.

"Yah Min Yoongi... I thought you're a good fighter. Why didn't you avoid that hit?" She tutted.

He let out a laugh, "well, thanks for your concern" he said sarcastically.

She let out a small chuckle and turned to face the view again. The small wind blowing her hair back.

"Yah..." she called softly.

"Hm?"

"Why did you fight for me... I don't want to see you get hurt."

He looked at her from the corner of his eyes.

"This isn't K-drama, you know. I wasn't fighting for you."

"Tsk." She folded her arms against her chest. "Really. Then what was 'that girl was not for you to play with' hmmmmmmmmm?" She leaned into him, a smirk on her lips.

"yah yah YAH YAHHHH!" he shouted, pushing her face away.

Soo-ji burst into laughter, clutching her sides. Yoongi's face turned bright red.

"Yah! You finished laughing yet?!" He shouted.

Soo-ji straightened up and wiped away her tears from laughing too much.

"Gomaweo..." she said softly, turning to him with a small smile.

A smile escaped his lips.

"Come, you can clean my lip up," and he pulled on her wrist to leave the rooftop.
