First of all, I wanna say that for now I decided to not rewrite the book. Maybe in future, but right now I think I will be able to finish it the way it is. So yeah, the new chapter is here, so enjoy 😊

Hot.

Sand.

Walk.

That's everything everyone were thinking for. The weather was extremely hot, there was too much sand and they were walking from around four hours. Cole took out his water bottle and opened it, then lowered it to his mouth and tried to drink, but the bottle was empty. He threw it away angrily, then continued staring ahead

After some more hours walking, they managed to back on solid ground. It was getting dark, so they decided just to lay down and rest. Everyone were spread around the ground, but huddled next to each other in the same time. They used for pillows their bags, or someone's legs. Jay was trying to fall asleep, but it did't caught him. He opened his eyes and suddenly saw lights far away from them and used the mountains. Jay smiled. They were close. Suddenly, he heard loud noises from behind. He turned and saw a lightning storm coming their way. He fast stand with wide eyes and started yelling

"GUYS! WAKE UP!"Lloyd opened his eyes and looked in front of him. He was face to face with the storm. His eyes went wide and stand and helped Jay to wake up the others. When everyone was awake, they started running towards the lights. The storm was right on their heels. When they were 10 miles from the lights, they noticed it was a city. Zane and Pixal were the first to arrived to the nearest building and held the door open for everyone. Jay and Cole were last, since they stayed to make sure everyone made it. Suddenly, a lighting stroke from the sky and hit Cole and send Jay away, since he was near him

"Cole! Jay!"everyone yelled from the building

Jay couldn't hear anything, just the loud ringing in his years. He opened his eyes and his vision was a little blurry, but managed to see where Cole was laying unconscious. He regained his balance and walked to his fallen friend. He saw Kai and Lloyd run to them and took Cole, then started going back in the building. Jay was close behind. When they entered, Pixal and Zane closed the door behind them. Kai and Lloyd laid Cole on the ground and Seliel kneeled next to him, then grabbed the collar of his shirt and shook him

"C'mon, wake up you peace for klunk"Seliel said. After some seconds, Cole groaned and opened his eyes

"Ugh...what happened?"he asked and everyone sighed in relief

"You were hit by a lighting, mate"Zane explained

"Oh...okay. Doesn't sound that bad"Cole said and stand, with the help of Jay and Seliel

"Isn't here too dark?"Nya asked

"Yeah..."Kai said"I have a flashlight"he said and took it out, then put it on. He lit in front of Nya and suddenly, one of the zombies appeared, screaming. It's flesh hanging from it. It's clothes ripped, along with his head. Nya screamed and jumped on Kai. Everyone saw the thing and screamed too. Suddenly, the lights were lit and more of them were visible. A slightly old woman stood on the door. She walked though the monsters, to show the guys they were tied. When she reached them, she crossed her arms in front of her chest and shifted her weight on her right leg

"I see you met with our guard dogs"she said, but no one answered. She turned on her heel and walked back, turning to he group on the door"C'mon. Ronin wants to meet you"she said and continued. Everyone looked at each other, then followed her inside
