Jay, Kai and Lloyd were in the car, driving towards the last city. After driving the whole night and around an hour or two from the morning, they arrived in front of a tunnel. The three of them looked at it.
"That's the last barrier to the city. If we pass it, we will be in it"Jay said. Kai and Lloyd nodded, then started driving, slowly. Lloyd was holding a light out to he can see everywhere. Jay was looking ahead, Kai too. Suddenly, there was a person. His figure didn't look good at all. Lloyd stopped the light and put his hand inside the car, closing the window.
"What do we do?"Lloyd asked, looking at his two companions.
"Just go around him. I don't think he will attack if we don't provocative him"Jay said. Kai nodded and started driving slow, trying to avoid angering the person, or could you say a person? Anyways, when they passed him, Jay looked behind. The person has turned towards the car, watching directly him. Chills went though his spine. He turned around and spotted someone on the widow. It was a woman, her hair ripped on places.
"My babies"she suddenly said"My babies! My babies!"she started yelling. More cranks appeared and started coming after them.
"Umm..Kai, you may want to speed up a little"Jay said.
"Hold on"Kai said and speeded up. Cranks started chasing them. On jumped on the front window of the car.
"Kai! Shake him!"Lloyd yelled.
"I am trying!"Kai yelled and stared driving in zig zags. The crank fell to Kai's door and started hitting the window. Kai drove closer to one car and hit the crank in it, getting rid of him. But suddenly, the car started turning
"WATCH OUT!"Jay yelled and the car turned to it's roof. The three boys started coughing. The car stopped totally and Jay put on a flashlight. He kicked the window and went out. He went to Lloyd's door and tried opening it, While Lloyd himself was kicking it from inside.
"Okay I will go to the other side!"Jay said and walked around the car. Suddenly, the door bist open and Lloyd fell from the car."You okay, buddy?"Jay asked and Lloyd nodded, coaching. Jay turned back to the car"Kai, you good?"Jay asked and then they heard moans from Cranks. Both Jay and Lloyd turned towards the sound. A crank was speeding towards the broken car. Lloyd reached out for his pistol, but it wasn't there.
"Guys, we've gotta move, now!"Jay yelled. In this time, Kai have gone out and went back inside to take something"Kai, we've gotta get out of here!"Jay yelled
"Hold on!"Kai yelled from inside the car. The Crank was coming closer.
"Kai, come on!"Jay yelled and started pulling Kai out of the car. Kai got out with a shot gun in his arms and shot he crank just before he can attack the three
"Good shot, buddy"Lloyd said, looking at the crank.
"Thanks"Kai said and them more moans could be heard and more cranks be seen. Lloyd and Jay started running, while Kai stayed and shoot them.
"Kai, c'mon!"Jay yelled and Kai followed. The three run away from the cranks, just to be met with another group. The three stopped and Kai started shooting again.
"I'm out!"Kia said, several cranks down later. The cranks were coming closer and they were trapped. Jay was looking around and suddenly heard a car coming their way. A car appeared, knocking down several cranks and stopping next to them. From the roof, Skylor appeared and started shooting the cranks with her guns.
"Get in!"she yelled. The boys didn't waste any time and climbed in the car, to see Ronin in the driver's seat. Skylor got back inside and Ronin started driving away, hitting cranks on the way. Skylor turned towards he three boys
"What are you doing here?"Kai asked, angry and relieved to see his girlfriend
"Saving your arses, what does it look like?"Skylor asked, annoyed"What were you thinking?"Skylor asked
"We have to save them, okay? They are our friends and family, we can't leave them"Jay said
"I know. I meant, what were you thinking for going alone?"Skylor asked
"He was gonna go all by himself if we didn't come"Lloyd said, pointing at Jay. Skylor sighed annoyed and turned back ahead.
"We will be in the last city soon. Get comfortable, but not too much"Ronin spoke for first time, then everyone wen't silent.
