Chapter 8

Morro ran to the parking lot with Seliel and the other saved kids. There, Skylor was waiting for them, along with Jay, Kai and Nya....or do they?

Morro made it to the bus first and saw Skylor who also saw the group running towards her. She left the bus and greeted them, hugging Seliel tight.

"Okay, we are ready to go."Morro said when he saw all the kids in their seats.

"Wait."Skylor said. Morro turned to her and Seliel, who was standing next to the red headed girl."Where are Nya, Kai, Cole and Jay?"Skylor asked. Morro got back down.

"What do you mean? They aren't here yet?"Morro asked.

"No!"Skylor said. Seliel looked worried.

"Okay listen. You go inside, I am going back for them."Morro said.

"But-"

"Go inside and wait for us."Morro commanded and ran away, putting on his helmet in the process. Seliel looked at Skylor.

"Do you think they will make it?"Seliel asked, worried.

"They will, don't worry. Now, let's go inside."Skylor said and Seliel nodded, following the red head inside.

Kai and Jay ran down the hall, trying to avoid any of the WICKED guards.

"We have to find Cole faster!"Kai said.

"You think I don't know that!"Jay yelled and ducked a bulled"Shit."he murmured. The two ran left, but there was a guy, who's launcher was pointed towards them. Suddenly, there was a far cry and someone threw themselves on the guys, kicking and hitting the crap out of him. When he rose, Kai and Jay's eyes went wide.

"Cole!"the two of them exclaimed.

"Guys?"he asked and walked to them. The three hugged and laughed from relief. Suddenly, there were more gunshots and that broke the hug. The three ran away as fast as they can. They ran into an open room and locked the door after them. They heard banging. Janson.

"Someone get the door open!"he ordered. The guys looked around.

"Now what?"Kai asked. Jay noticed a big barrel.

"I have an idea."Jay said.

"How dangerous is it?"Cole asked, looking at his friend.

"Not so bad."Jay answered."We just have to trow the barrel out of the window and then we jump. Easy!"Jay said.

"Okay, you totally lost your klunk."Kai said.

"You see any other way?"Jay asked and Kai remained silent."Okay then, help me!"Jay said.

The three threw the barrel out, braking the window. Janson was braking the door more and more every second. The guys backed up to have a head start.

"Shouldn't someone give a pep talk?"Kai asked, looking at the two.

"Try not to die."Jay said.

"Were bloody inspired, Lloyd would say if he was here."Kai said, rolling his eyes. Suddenly, the guys heard the buzzing sound stop. Janson is close.

"NOW!"Cole yelled and the three ran to the broken window and jumped.

Janson opened the door just in time to see the three jumping.

"Oh dammit! Catch them down!"he yelled.

"AHHHHHHHHH..."the guys were screaming, then hit the water. The three fast swam to the edge where some guards were waiting for them.

Suddenly, one of the guards beat everyone up. He removed his mask. Morro.

"W-what the shuck?"Cole asked, confused.

"Nice to see ya too, shank."Morro said.

"Now, c'mon. Skylor is waiting for us."Morro said.

Skylor was sitting in the bus, when suddenly she saw some guards coming.

"Hey! What's that?"one of them asked.

"Let's check it out."another one said.

"Shit."Skylor muttered to herself."Everyone down!"she whisper-yelled and the kids did as told.

"Hey! Who's there??"one of the guys yelled. Skylor has to think fast. She turned to the others.

"Okay, hold on whatever you can, okay?"Skylor asked and turned back. She then started driving on full speed.

"HEY STOP!"one of the guys yelled, but Skylor just drove past them and out of the garage.

Nya ran to one of the labs, locking the door behind her so no one will bother her. There was evacuation already, because of Jay and Kai.

Nya one to one of the microscopes and took out something from her pocket. It was the marla she used to wipe Jay's blood with. She took the blood from it and tested it. She put it to fight with the virus. What she saw, amazed her. I knew it. She thought.

Jay is the cure.
