Chapter 12

Old Cabrio was speeding down the dirty road. Inside, everyone were quiet, but smiling widely. They were close. So close to the freedom. Ronin was driving the old car, as know as Berta. He also was happy. He was actually happier that he let these kids

Suddenly, the road came to an end. The front of a small tunnel was blocked with broken cars. The teens and Ronin left the car and shut the doors

"Well, it seems we are on foot from now"Ronin said. Everyone were looking around. It was silent. Too silent

"WHATCH OUT!"someone yelled and a bullet hit one car

"EVERYONE! COVER UP!"Kai yelled and everyone went to hide some cars. Jay somehow ended up with Ronin. There were some more shots and then it stopped

"Did it stop?"Harumi yelled for everyone to hear her. Jay started getting up, but another shot came, nearly hitting him. He fast jumped back behind the car

"NOPE!"he yelled back. He saw Ronin taking out something from his back

"What are you doing?"Jay asked looking at him. Ronin looked up and pulled something out, then passed it to Jay

"That's a bomb. When I tell you, you trow it away and I will activate it"Ronin explained and Jay nodded

"Okay"

"Everyone!"Ronin yelled"Get down and be ready for a bomb sound! When you hear it, start running towards the tunnel!"Ronin yelled and revive some okays and yeses, then turned back to Jay

"Okay, on three"Ronin said and Jay nodded"One....two..."he said putting his thump on the button, ready to activate the bomb

"Drop the bomb"someone said, just before Ronin press the button. Jay and himself turned towards the voice, to see a light skinned and brown haired girl, next to her dark skinned and dark haired girl, both of them looking around 12 or 13 and holding big rifles"I said put it down!"the brown haired girl yelled though her bandana. Jay and Ronin obeyed, putting the things down

"Get up!"the second girl yelled. Everyone obeyed and went to one circle. Nelson was in front of everyone. The girls looked at their prisoners, but their eyes landed on the small boy

"N-Nelson?"the brown haired girl asked confused. Nelson looked up and his eyes lit up

"Isabell?"he said to the brown hair, then turned to the dark skinned girl"Harriet?"(Yes I am saving her)he said with big smile. The two girls removed their bandanas to revalue more their faces, then put down their weapons

"Oh my god, Nelson, what are you doing here?"the brown haired girl, Isabell, said, giving him a hug

"I escaped WICKED with these guys"Nelson said, pointing at the teens"What are you doing here?"Nelson asked

"We were saved by a group, which is against WICKED"Harriet said

"Let me guess, the Right Arm?"Cole asked, rising an eyebrows. Harriet looked at him

"Yeah. How do you know this?"she asked confused

"We are searching for them"Seliel explained and Isabell gave them slight smile

"Well, we can bring you to them"she said, then yelled and signaled something with her hand"It's clear!"she yelled and soldiers appeared from the bushes on the mountains, yelling something back. Isabell and Harriet turned and started walking towards the tunnel, telling the guys to follow them. When they walked though the tunnel, the group saw army cars and many people there

"Back up, Joe!"Harried yelled and one of the cars blocking the way moved away

"So, you want to go to the right arm, right?"Isabell asked, putting her hand on the door handle on one of the jeeps

"Yes"everyone said in unison. Isabell smiled and opened the door

"Hop in"

Okay, so, first of all, sorry for the short chapter. Second of all, sorry for not updating, but I moved once again in new school(it's my fourth) and I didn't have much time to write, also I am coming to an end of the second film and I still haven't watched the third, so I will try to find it. If I don't find it, I will have to wait till April to watch it, so I won't be able to continue the book. I red the original books, but I think it's different from the movie and since I am doing it like the movie, I will have to watch it to continue. Again sorry and have a nice day!
