The bang continued and Jay looked around

"Guys! Block the door with the table!"he said pointing at one metal table. Kai and Lloyd nodded, then jumped into action, while Cole was still holding the Launcher pointed at the scientists. Kai and Lloyd put the table between the door and another table, so it was harder the door to be opened. Jay got Nya ready and helped her to sit up, then Seliel rushed to her side and hugged her, along with Skylor and Harumi. The guys looked around for an exit

"Jay!"Lloyd exclaimed and Jay turned to him"Brake the window!"Lloyd said taking a metal chair. Jay did the same and the two hit the window two times, before is broke. Kai ran to take Nya and passed her to Jay, who was already on the other side of the window. After this, he put her down and the eight teens started running away. In this time, Janson had followed them, along with his man. The guys ran into a locked door and Jay slid the card on the door, but nothing happened. He tried again and again, but nothing

"The card doesn't work!"Jay said and everyone turned to him. In this time, Janson and the man found them

"Jay, just put the thing down and follow me back"Janson said, but Jay took the launcher from Cole and gave him the card. Cole went to try to open the door again. Jay pointed the launcher at Janson and he rose his hands in the air

"Jay, out the thing down and no one will get hurt"Janson said, taking steps towards the ground. The man behind Janson had some shields, ready to protect him

"No! Don't come or I will fire!"Jay warned and Janson stopped. Janson laughed

"Jay, these man have also launchers and shields. They are not scared"Janson warned

"But you are then!"Jay said, never stopping to point the launcher at him. Suddenly, the door behind the guys opened and everyone turned to see Nelson, Zane and Pixal standing on the other side, Nelson was holding some metal object

"Hey guys"Nelson said. Everyone started running towards the exit, except Jay

"FAST! CLOSE THE DOORS!"Janson yelled and the door started to close. The guys were already on the other side

"Jay, don't go. You are not gonna last a day in the Scorch"Janson warned

"Just watch"Jay said and started firing. The man put the shields in front of Janson. When Jay ran out of ammo, he threw it in front of him and started running towards the exit. Just before the door closed he slid under it. In this time, Nelson broke the device for the card, so Janson can't open it. He went to the door and tried, but nothing happened

"C'mon guys, let's get out of here"Cole said, picking up a pistol from one of the unconscious guards. Everyone nodded and followed him. All the eleven guys ran outside and into the desert, then started running away. They heard shouts from the WICKED workers, but they only make the group run faster. When they were out of sigh, they slowed down a little to take a breath. They saw one fallen building and stopped in front of it

"Let's go there. They won't find us"Skylor said looking inside

"No Nya-"Kai cut himself off when Skylor jumped inside and slid down on the sand. Kai sighed and followed, everyone behind him. They all went down and looked around

"C'mon. We have to move"Jay said

"Jay wait"before he can move, Nya said"What is going on?"Nya asked looking at him. Everyone also looked at him. Jay sighed and looked at Nya, straight in the eyes

"Look, it's WICKED. It's always been. We've never escaped. They were just going to drain us for some cure"Jay explained and Nya looked down confused. Jay walked to her"C'mon, we have to find some supplies or anything"Jay said looking at the other, who nodded and started walking ahead, while he and Nya stayed behind. He wrapped his hands around her in a hug, then kissed the top of her head

"C'mon. Everything will be okay, I promise you"Jay said and Nya nodded, then the two followed the group
