15. Getting comfortable

She covered her slightly swollen lips with shaky hand, kept staring into his mesmerizing eyes, not being able to look away.

She was certain; he must hear how loud her heart pounds right now. Especially after, what he said. It sounded too good to her ears, than she was okay to admit.

Then she realized, his hands are still on her neck, which was probably the cause of the state she was remaining in. She couldn't shake of the blissful feeling taking over her body, when his fingers caressed the delicate skin on her neck. The lingering waves of heat made it harder to think and to realize what has just occurred.

The space between them still wasn't big enough for her, to calm down.

"You... why did you do that? You shouldn't just kiss people, without asking them beforehand," she managed to talk well without major stuttering, yet not being able to lift her gaze, to meet his eyes again, otherwise the composure she acquired would be in vain.

"First of I wanted to do that quite a few times already. Secondly, I don't just kiss people, I kiss those I like to kiss and thirdly, you would decline if I asked first, plus it was the only way to stop you from talking," he explained in detail, why he did what he did, setting her heart on fire once again.

"Exactly, I'd decline. You can't just do that, without permission," she murmured weakly. Why are his hands still on her? His fingers wondered behind her ear to stroke her hair, sending waves of shiver through her body. She was fighting with her own body reactions to his touch; she wanted to lean into it so badly.

"You didn't complain though. I wonder if I would be able to make you admit, that you actually liked it," his words didn't help the whole situation at all. His voice was ever so addictive, compelling her to finally look at him again. Bad move, bad... bad...

Both of them seemed to be unable to snap out of this trance, as they forgot about the previous dispute they had, being captivated by each other. His eyes didn't change from the melted chocolate, making her mouth go dry, having no other choice than to moisten them by tongue, which drew his attention.

This is getting too much for either of them to handle.

"We should stop this... " she breathed out, her words not having enough conviction in them to be taken seriously. He lowered his head again, he didn't have to come closer to her, because he somehow never got away from her, making her feel the heat of his body thoroughly.  One of his hand found his way to her face, gently caressing her features, while his eyes were burning with something, she couldn't really explain. She let out shaky breath; not knowing what to say to stop him, because her body did not want to cooperate, with her rational side, which was being pushed aside by Baekhyun's bold actions. His eyes followed the way of his thumb, which was moving over the skin of her face. When he traced across her parted lips, she was lost again.

"I always wanted to do that, since I saw you first time, I don't even know why," he shared with her, letting out little chuckle. That give her enough kick to wake up for a second from this dream and step away from him. Getting away from his close proximity, took her back to reality, realizing the impact he had on her, while having her in his embrace. She looked him in the eye, his hand still in the air, where she was just a second ago.

"What just happened, doesn't mean anything. We were in the argument and you took an advantage of the state I was in..." she would keep babbling, if she didn't see that smirk of his coming back to its rightful place on his gorgeous face.

"You don't have to be uptight after all, we are boyfriend and girlfriend, stuff like this can happen once in a while," his voice went back to the teasing tone and she felt her boiling anger. This is how it supposed to be, them always fighting and teasing. No kissing and hugging and other pleasant stuff.
