Ch 47

Chandhini didn't know what was wrong with ayi but she seemed to be trying to teach her how to make food menu and how to cook.

Khushi,'' it's not difficult. You just write down what you and Advay prefer to eat and then distribute it evenly over 4 weeks. Try to make it as healthy as possible. That's it, the menu is ready.''

Chandhini thought about the cook who had a horrible temper and how he would react at her interference.

Chandhini,'' ayi our cook is really good and Advay handle all these things.'' she wanted to tell ayi that Advay was a control freak who decided everything in Delhi but she remained quiet.

Khushi,'' okay, but you can learn few dishes and you can make them on special occasions.''

Chandhini nodded,'' I will try to learn.''

Khushi looked at her, she reminded her of a little barbie doll in this cute pink mini dress,'' don't grumble, everything is already cut, you just need to cook them. Let me show you how.''

Later Khushi announced at table that Chandhini had made the lunch today. Everyone was surprised. Chandhini felt a little conscious, ayi had done everything but now she was being given the full credit. Arnav praised her cooking a lot.

Veer and Advay quietly ate which was encouraging. Ataya ji praised each and every dish and at end said from now onward she will only eat what Chandhini cook. Chandhini wanted to point out that she will starve this way as Chandhini lived in Delhi most of time but a look from Khushi silenced her.

Next day, they needed to go back. Khushi kept giving instructions to Chandhini about Advay. Chandhini listened and nodded.

The next morning she got up early,selected work clothes for Advay, his shoe and matching tie. She put them on chair and then got ready herself. When Advay saw his clothes, he raised an eyebrow at her.

Chandhini,''ayi's instructions. She thinks her poor little baby son needs caring.''

Advay smiled thinking about ayi. She cared so much for him.He went to take shower. Afterwards he dressed up and called Chandhini over,'' Help me in tying my tie.''

Chandhini had done it many times for baba and Veer, so she quickly did it.

Advay got up from sofa and checked in mirror.

Chandhini,'' it's perfect. Right?''

Advay didn't say anything and just left for breakfast. Chandhini quickly followed him.

So now she had an added duty,pampering the hubby dear. When she could get hold of him of course because he was always busy. At this rate, chandhini felt she will become a toothpick. studying,working, then bed time activities and now even taking care of Advay. still ayi had asked her and chandhini did it.  when they were in Mumbai, she made a point of serving him fruits and things when ayi was around or Ataya ji.

Advay got out of the car and went inside. He hadn't gone to Mumbai this weekend because of a business deal. Chandhini had left yesterday after coming from college. It was 2 in the noon and he was done with work. Should I go? He thought to himself.

At that moment, the housekeeper came over and told him someone had come to meet Chandhini. He told housekeeper to bring the person in and get the tea ready. He went upstairs and took a quick shower. After changing clothes he came downstairs. A girl was waiting in hall. Instead of going to sitting room he ordered the tea to be served in lawn.
