chandhini closed her eyes again to stop herself from crying. Soft and gentle his fingers touched her face and her tears spilled. He pulled her into his arms and brought her closer to his heart,''sshh don't cry. I am doing what you wanted so why cry now?''

chandhini knew it but still there was this insane urge to keep him with her, to ask him not to go,'' I hate you advay. I really hate you.''

He kept hugging her,''How much?'' Her tears which were wetting his shirt were squeezing his heart.

Chandhini didn't reply. His familiar scent was slowly calming her down but still she kept crying.

Advay,'' why are you stupid, you are asking me to go, telling me you hate me and then, crying because I am going. what I am to do with you tell me?''

chandhini mumbled,'' I am not stupid. You are a terrible terrible husband who makes his wife cry all the time. Never compliments her, never loves her and only ridicule her.''

Advay softly kissed her hairs,''That bad? so punish me. Guide me and tell me what you want to hear.''

chandhini almost snorted,'' Now its my job to even tell you how to deal with me? Is everything my job?what about you?''

advay smiled at her disgruntled tone,'' My job is to listen to your soft voice, look into your pretty eyes and get pampered by these soft hands.''

Chandhini's tears stopped at his words and she looked up at him in amazement,''Seriously advay, how do you fit in your clothes with that big ego? its about you again? I am talking about me here. Pamper me!''

advay held a naughty smile as he bent and picked her up in his arms,'' As you wish wifey.''

He strode forward and closed the door with his foot or at least tried but chandhini held the door with her one hand with a panicked expression,'' Advay,stop being a meany.what are you doing? Let me go or I will tell baba.'' she warned him.

Advay's eyes twinkled as he bent and planted a kiss on her lips and then said huskily against her lips,'' tell baba what?''

At that moment Arnav and khushi tried to open the door which advay was trying to close and chandhini was trying to keep open.

Arnav frowned and called,''advay?''

Advay and chandhini looked at each other with looks of horror and advay quickly let her go. chandhini stumbled to her feet and slapped advay's hand away which reached to steady her. Then realizing what she had done, she looked at his darkening face with apprehension but arnav and khushi were already entering the room.

chandhini tried to catch his eyes but he was already zipping up his jacket. she bit her lower lip.

Arnav,'' You are ready? I thought I will go with you to drop you off at the airport.''

Khushi,'' I am coming too.'' she was worried that advay may take this to his heart thinking that everyone was siding against him.

Advay nodded,'' lets go.''

Arnav and khushi left the room first and advay was about to follow them, when chandhini hugged him from back. Her hands were hidden under his jacket and she was so petite that she was not at all visible.

He sighed and stood still letting her do what she wanted because he could feel fresh tears wetting his shirt but his face was slightly red as arnav paused and looked back at him in question,'' I am just coming in few minutes baba, you both go ahead.''

Arnav frowned as khushi turned to look back into the room,''where did chandhini go?''

Advay felt her tremble, he said lightly,'' she is playing hide and seek. I will say bye to her and come downstairs.''
