I walk onto the patio of the house and bring my stereo with me. I really like to dance. Usually, I take time out of my day to dance after school. I set my stereo down on a table outside and turn on some music for me to dance to. I take off my shoes and set them next to the table, getting in the stance to start the dance. Ember likes to watch me dance sometimes but usually i dont allow it. I start to dance, the wind flowing through my hair as i do a delicate twirl and immediately drop into a different dance move.
I look and see that Ember is watching me. I smile and grab his hand and twirl him in a semi circle and i put my arms around his waist as we glide along the sidewalk, following the music. The wind blows his hair just the right way and gets it in his face. I push a strand of hair out of his face as i take him in my arms and sweep him downward, sweeping him off of his feet. He giggles, his laugh bouncing off of the walls, making it even more beautiful. His cheeks red and his smile, gorgeous and his eyes sparkling.
Damon walks outside and scoffs. "Can you guys not be gay outside?" Damon asks. I flip him off and Ember immediately gets out of my arms, and i knew that Damon ruined the moment that i could have kissed Ember. I could have kissed his soft and precious lips. I could have held him longer. Thoughts ran through my head, situations that i wish could happen. "Are you okay?" Ember asks, half smiling, interrupting me from my thoughts and dreams. Damon rolls his eyes and walks back inside, after i nod, Ember walks inside after him.
I suddenly get the feeling of being watched so i look over to the neighbors window that looks out at our patio and no one is watching. I shrug and turn off my radio and walk inside.
Ember is sitting on the couch with Norae and they are watching a movie. I sigh and walk upstairs, hoping not to run into Damon, he ruins every moment that Ember and I have. Ember makes me the happiest person in the world. If only he could be mine.
