The next day at school, I look around for the new kid, Aiden. I was attracted to his bad boy attitude and it made me want to know him better.
I spot him and Kaya fighting. She looks like she's about to hit him. I inch over next to them so I can somewhat hear the conversation. "YOU FUCKING MURDER SOMEONE AND THEN ESCAPE FROM JAIL?! WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?! YOU HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 4 YEARS AND EXPECT ME TO JUST CALM DOWN?!" Kaya yells. Aiden puts his hand over her mouth and says something so quietly that I cannot hear it. Kaya grabs his arm and twists it. "Fuck off. You are a scumbag and remind me of mom! You are a terrible human being!!" Kaya yells, about to walk away when Aiden pulls her and pins her up against the wall. "Don't you dare compare me to that bitch. You will help me whether you want to or not." Aiden demands, holding her wrists tightly against the wall. "I am ashamed to call you my brother!" Kaya yells, kicking him in the balls with her high heeled boots and she walks away as he drops to the ground.
I walk over to Aiden and help him up, pretending to have not heard a word of his and Kaya's conversation. To think of it, they kind of look alike. Aiden takes my hand. "Thanks." He says, brushing off his black skinny jeans. "Are you okay?" I ask. Aiden nods, pulling out a cigarette and lighting it. "Kaya has a temper." I say. "Believe me, I know. She's my twin." He groans, taking a drag of his cigarette and offering me one. I take the cigarette and lock eyes with a security guard. The security guard walks up to us and before she can say anything, Aiden blows cigarette smoke in her face and walks away, flipping her off. Aiden is the most interesting person I have came across in awhile.
