I will forever hate Aiden for what he has put Mia and I through. We used to be super close until Aiden killed our birth father. Our mother is our real mom. We call our stepdad our dad. Aiden and our father got into a huge fight four years ago. Aiden came home late at night and our father caught him trying to sneak back into the house. Our dad got mad and was asking Aiden what he was doing sneaking out of the house but Aiden wouldn't answer. Aiden was drunk at the time and Aiden can't control his anger when he's drunk. Aiden is bipolar and his bipolar heightens when he drinks. Our dad smelled the alcohol on him. Aiden tried to walk upstairs but our dad put his hand on Aiden's arm to stop him. “Son, we need to talk.” He said. “You can't keep sneaking out at night and not telling me where you've been.” He continued. Aiden got pissed because he hates feeling controlled. “Fuck you! You are a shitty dad and can't even keep your wife from fucking around on you!” Aiden yelled. I was watching all of this from the top of the stairs and neither of them noticed me. My father seemed harmed by Aiden's words. “Aiden, I know you are in a gang and are in trouble with the law.” He says. “Oh, so now you are fucking spying on me?! Where were you when Kaya overdosed on heroin and was brought to the hospital? Where were you when Mia was getting beat up by mom? Where were you when Kaya and I were stranded in the middle of nowhere? Why are you just now starting to be dad of the year?!” Aiden yells, clutching his fists. “Aiden-” my dad begins. “No! Shut the fuck up! I am tired of your excuses!” Aiden yells. My father tried to walk up to Aiden even more but Aiden grabbed him by the throat and slammed him to the ground, repeatedly slamming his head into the floor, cracking his head open and smashing his skull.
My mother had come downstairs too late and I was too scared to stop Aiden. It was already too late for any of us to save my dad. I will never forgive Aiden for what he has done. Now he is trying to come back into my life, as if he deserves it. As if he deserves me to even look at him, let alone breathe around him. He is a disgusting monster. Worst of all, I had to call the cops on him. My mother was proud of him.
