When school is over, I notice someone that I haven't seen before. “Who's that?” I ask Maxxie and Ember. “I heard he got out of prison a week ago.” Ember shrugs. “His name is Aiden.” Maxxie says. I walk over Aiden and tap on his shoulder. He turns around and looks at me. “What?” He asks, his voice groggy and rough. “Are you new here?” I ask. “Why the fuck do you care?” He scoffs. “Okay listen you little prick, I was gonna be nice and ask if you wanted to hang out with me and my friends tomorrow, but fuck off.” I say, walking away. “Wait!” Aiden yells. I look back. “I'm sorry. I'm just trying to find someone and I don't know where she is.” He sighs. “Who are you looking for?” I ask. “Her name is Kaya.” He says. Ember and Maxxie exchange looks. “She goes to this school but I saw her leave with one of her friends.” I say. “Do you know where that friend lives?” He asks. “No. I'm not a stalker.” I laugh. “She will probably be here tomorrow.” I say, walking away with Ember and Maxxie.

“That dude was weird.” Ember mutters. “It was probably just another dude that Kaya fucked and he's trying to get her back.” Maxxie mutters. I roll my eyes. “He seemed like he knew her more than that.” I say. “Yeah, he explored her body.” Ember giggles. Maxxie laughs at Embers remark. I roll my eyes at both of them.
When we get to the house, I hear loud music coming from inside and I immediately look at Ember. He sighs and runs inside, Maxxie and I following after him. We walk inside the house to see Norae blasting a speaker in Savanna's face, trying to distract her from reading her book. “NORAE!” Ember yells. Norae couldn't even hear him because the music was so loud. I roll my eyes and take the speaker from Norae and turn it off. Savanna looked unbothered and i honestly think that she didn't even notice the music. “WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!” Norae yells. “Because that is my sister and it is extremely rude for you to do that to her.” I glare at Norae.
