I sigh as i go to school the next day, Ember would not stop talking about Aiden and all i was thinking about was Kaya. Maxxie was caught up with trying to get his feelings off of Ember and Aiden.

I walked up to them, leaving Maxxie and Ember standing in the hall, by themselves. Savanna and the guy were laughing and stopped immediately as i walked up. "Who is this?" I ask her, eyeing the guy up and down. "My name is Terry.." He says, his voice was a warm one, sounding like the campfire on a starry night, and soft enough to hear but too soft to be called really loud. it was the type of voice to soothe you when you’re having a restless night or if you want someone to tame you from the wilderness that are your tears or your screams of rage. Savanna stares at me, silently hoping that i will go away.
I was trying not to be the over protective brother, but i have to be. "I'm Savanna's brother, Damon." I say, staring him down. "Nice to meet you" He says, extending his hand. I stare down at his hand, long enough for him to get the hint that i wont shake it.
Suddenly, i hear Kaya's voice from down the hall. Its a voice that doesn't go unnoticed. I turn around and wave at her. Her and Christina walk over to us. "Hey, Savanna!" Christina smiles. Kaya looks over at Terry and smiles. I could tell that she most definitely was checking him out. I always have to remind myself that i am nothing but a random hookup to her.. but it just hurts seeing her flirt with other people.
Terry didnt seem very interested in her, except for the fact that he liked her spunk. "Savanna, is this your boyfriend?" Kaya asks. "No-" Savanna begins to answer but Terry cuts her off by laughing. "I'm more interested in boys." He smiles. Kaya lifts her eyebrow and smiles back at him, as if she was testing him. "Do you like anyone at this school?" Kaya asks, taunting him, trying to gather all the information she can on him. Terry shifts all of his weight on his left leg and kinda picks at his fingers. "Uh... um.." He stammers, trying to get the correct words out. Kaya smiles at him and kisses his cheek before she walks away, with Christina following her.
