It was the next day, and I woke up, bright and shiny. It wasn't raining or storming outside anymore, which was great.
"I don't understand", said Kai. "You never understand anything, Kai.", Jay remarked. Kai raised his notched eyebrow, then rolled his eyes. "Storms have been going on every night since Saturday.", Cole said, as if it weren't that obvious. "Well, this isn't normal.", Nya said. "Storms never happen this often.". "Maybe it's Global Warming.", Lloyd said, trying to sound helpful. "True..", Max said. "What does Global Warming have to do with any of this?", Jay asked. Lloyd shrugged, knowing he had just said something stupid.
"Aye!". I said, walking in. "Beee", Cole said, trying to sound funny.
(Btw shout out to @Stay_Infires for inspiring me with this joke.)
"C!", Max cheered, but he obviously didn't get the joke, because he looked confused when he said it. He brushed his curly bangs out of his hair.
"Do you think someone is making these storms, Zane?", asked Nya. "Possibly", Zane said. "It is scientifically impossible for storms to occur frequently.". "Ok, Mr. Sesquipedalian.", I said. "English please..".
Everyone who wasn't Zane stared at me like I was speaking Portuguese.
"Never mind.", I said to myself.
"Well, we'll figure it out soon", Lloyd said. "Oui!", I said.
"This isn't time for Portuguese class.", Kai sassed. "We need to figure out what's going on with Ninjago city.".
He thought that was Portuguese?!
...
AAAAHEEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!
Jay, Cole, Lloyd, Nya, and Max covered their mouths, then fell on the floor looking as if they were gasping for air.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEEHEHEH!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEH!
"Are you done?", Kai said, watching me hold my stomach in pain, laughing my butt off.
"Nope!".
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEE!
"Ok, now I'm finished.", I said.
